This is the second time I've used Robin's plumbing but the first time we've had to call for a serious issue. Damon was our guy and he was incredibly helpful and informative as well as friendly. We had to ultimately have our kitchen mostly demoed due to a leak in our wall. Fortunately our insurance was able to cover most of the damage and Damon was incredible at helping to guide us through a very intimidating, overwhelming and confusing process. I honestly would never call another plumbing company for any needs and recommend them to everybody I know. Their honesty, integrity and transparency make them stand out as an exceptional company in a field known for companies trying to take advantage of people. Robin's plumbing has found a lifelong client with us.

Very friendly, and easy to schedule repairs with. However, that’s the end of positive experience.After scheduling an appointment for a leaking kitchen sink, at a rental property of mine. I never heard back from them in regards to repairs. A few days had past and I felt I should inquire about the repairs. I was told the notes said a technician had called about repairs, however I had not received a call, voicemail, email, etc. At that time they were unable to provide the estimate of repairs, and would have to call back. Several days later I received a call back, I was quoted I believe $385 for repairs. Technician noted that the sink drain needed to be replaced and the garbage disposal “looked like” it needed to be replaced. I thought that was weird, but authorized the repair anyway. They then informed me they would be unable to do the repairs because there was a member of the tenant rental family that was on covid quarantine. Fair enough, and I would have never asked for a technician to go there had I known about the quarantine.This leads me to complete my own repair, when my tenants completed their quarantine. Come to find out my problem was legitimately fixed by a $25 dollar drain. No disposal, etc.This run around cost me $111 for there technician to miscommunicate and guess at a repair.

Stop by at Accent thought they had a retail store. Nope not anymore! I was told they just do service. Closed retail store. I'll have to go to another plumbing supplier to get abs pipe and fittings. Really disappointed. Also parking was a real problem there at the shop. Not coming back!

Something was leaking in the kitchen under the sink, and it flooded my floor. Joe came to fix it right away and it was pretty late that day. He have me a great price, and explained to me what happened. Great place!

I have contacted Simba in the past for another issue so I already knew they were going to do the job right. I purchased a bidet recently and it came with instructions to install it myself. However, I was a little nervous about possibly cracking a water line and causing a major leak so I called Simba yesterday. They arrived on time, worked diligently and were very courteous. Dave was extremely knowledgeable on all his repairs. Did a great job and kept me informed on all the repairs. I’ll only use Parker and Sons from now on and hopefully Dave will be my repairman.

Our main water line into the house sprung a leak on the house side of the water meter. Not good. Fortunately, we caught it fairly early and Franz was able to make it out within a few hours and repair the break. He moved a significant amount of dirt, dug out the box around the meter, and stayed after it was dark to make sure we could have running water that evening. When he was done, all of the landscaping was moved back into place and you'd never know he was there.

Wow, from start to finish, which was incredibly FAST, this company was delightful. The women I spoke to on the phone were accommodating and cheerful and honestly that is so refreshing. Our technician was Anthony, who happens to be the son of the original Anthony that started the company. I requested service for replacement of my garage disposal, The whole process was very smooth and professional, quick and easy communication, Allen toomb was very nice and helpful, I am so happy that my garage disposal has been replaced and my dishwasher has no water left at the bottom, it can be drain completely after washing, if someone can told me earlier that my dishwasher has water left is because my garage disposal was not working, so I don’t have to replace my whole dishwasher!
