Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. Anthony came out to my house quicker than expected and accurately diagnosed my hot water heater and piping issues. Without hesitation they were fixing said problem with a courteous smile and pleasant disposition - all before my wife was home saving me from taking my valuable family time! Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. I had Chris Groth come out yesterday to service our AC unit and make sure that we weren't going to have any issues this summer. He was very polite and we were impressed by the boot covers he put on before he came in the door. That was a very nice added touch and made us feel that he was careful and wanted to protect our home. He gave me a couple of options which we like and we will definitely be doing some more work with this company. Thank you Reddi Services for having good people who do good work.

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Awesome staff and reasonable prices. This is the first time we have had a home with a septic tank and Coopers did an excellent job making sure our service experience was great. I would highly recommend Coopers Sewer & Drain for all your septic tank needs. I spoke with 2 other companies to get a general idea of the cost to drain our septic tank, Coopers definitely had the most reasonable rates. The staff is professional, kind an easy to work with. we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
