He created a plan for removal, put down drop cloth, removed all the packaging, and swept and cleaned up when he was finished. This might have been the most efficient and pleasant vendor service call I have ever experienced.

We discovered a leak in our outside water service line Thursday evening. We called Service Line Warrantee company, with whom we have insurance coverage for this kind of thing. They selected a contractor who was supposed to call us on Friday to set up an appointment for no later than Monday. Having received no call, we called Service Line Saturday morning, not really expecting anything to happen over the weekend. They were extremely responsive and switched our job to a different contractor, Moon Valley plumbing. Literally within five minutes, I had received a text giving me a two hour window later on Saturday during which I should expect their technician. Five minutes after that I got a phone call to make sure I got the text. 15 minutes after that I got a call directly from the technician, Jerry Turner to talk about the problem and make sure he had what he needed for the job and to ask if it was OK to come over earlier than expected. I was thrilled that we would be able to get a diagnosis today and hoped that repair would be possible by Monday. Jerry checked everything out, got right on the phone with the insurance company, got authority to proceed immediately rather than having us wait and our water was back on within the hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional and instilled confidence that he really knew what he was doing. If we need more work through our home warranty coverage, we will be requesting this company and if we need something we don’t have coverage for, it is good to know of a local plumbing company that we can be comfortable calling ourselves.

Outstanding customer service. They did not try to upsell or sell me anything that was not needed. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

Mechanic was very professional, friendly, courteous and demonstrated excellent troubleshooting knowledge. Also displayed photos of findings and explained what repairs were done to resolve the problem. I was very satisfied with the service and results. Everytime I need a plumber I call and speak to the knowledgeable staff at Deer Valley Plumbing. Invariably when I explain the issue we are experiencing, their service manager knows exactly the problem and solution. Not only that, but they are prompt, they let me know who will be coming with a picture so I don't have to guess if the person at the door is my service person or not, and they are always kind and courteous. They always properly diagnose (usually before they even get here!) and quickly fix my problem. Deer Valley plumbers are the best in town!

Anthony came out and cleared my drain. He was very professional and helpful. He also explained how to prevent clogs. I felt his pricing was fair and reasonable. I'll definitely call again, should I have other plumbing issues. Thank you!!

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.
