I was in a total panic with an overflow toilet and backed up drain. I called several plumbers who either put me on hold forever or said they would get back to me on a time they could come out once they contacted their worker. Phoenix Plumbing was not only professional when I called but arrived 20 minutes early. I was explained every step that was made. The price I paid was very very fair and affordable. I don't normally wrote reviews but it's rare to find a company like Phoenix Plumbing now a days that truly cares about their job and won't rip you off. I promise you will not be disappointed and no need at all to call anyone else.

After 3 co.’s failing, misleading and overcharging, Joe (owner) diagnosed the underground leaks in my irrigation system, carefully repaired major leaks and replaced valves. He and his son Brandon attended
to detail and went beyond plumbing repairs caring for my trees and plants.

We highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain after using them for an emergency broken valve in a shower that would not shut off. They were able to get us in on an emergency call and had us fixed up and ready to go same day! They arrived on time, wearing a mask and looking clean and professional, and were knowledgeable with extremely fair pricing. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain is our go to plumbers from now on.

Joe and Mike from Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service are great. I have used them for unclogging my kitchen sink to replacing toilets. They offer very fair pricing. Cheryl is great as well with asking the right questions to diagnose the issue. I would definitely recommend the company for anyone's plumbing needs.

Used Phoenix Plumbing & Drain for the second time. Wanted to get my outside hose bibs replaced, which were probably 20 years old. Checked around and Phoenix Plumbing & Drain was about one-third the cost of other companies. The owner, Joe, actually came and did the job himself. He removed the old soldered-on bibs and replaced with threaded bibs so I can change them myself in the future. He also attached anti-siphon valves, something I wouldn't have thought of. Both experiences using them were awesome and so glad there's an honest plumbing company I can call on whenever needs arise. Absolutely the best and highly recommend!

Our kitchen drain was clogged up so looked for a local plumber with good reviews. Found them through Google and gave them a call. Joe and Mike came over within 30 minutes and cleared out the drain. I'm picky about service and both seemed honest and real nice guys. Will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues and would recommend them without hesitation.

Joe called me right away to help with our hot water heater. What we thought was a major problem turned out to be just a valve replacement. We had a plumbing problem at our Winter home and needed a leak fixed (we were not there). Called Phoenix Plumbing to enquirer about their services, they went the next day to fix the problem. They were very quick and efficient, would use again!! Highly recommend!!

When my water heater broke I called two companies, the original installer Younger Brothers & Phoenix Plumbing and Drain. Younger Brothers came in at $1200, PPDS came in at just under $1200, $1180 or so, but the bigger reason I went with them, was Cheryl said they could get it done same day.

Sure enough the installer showed up after a few other jobs around 1:30pm to do the work. Chris worked hard on it for a couple hours, another installer showed up to help with the copper piping ( this may be where I was charged more? ). In any case, when the installer gave me the bill he said here's the price they quoted you $1850. He had the list of work on there, but not an itemized breakdown. I told him that is not what I was quoted, but I could see you worked hard so no problem and I paid.

My wife followed up, Cheryl said I heard her wrong and was very short with my wife. Here's the deal, $700 is nothing to me for quality service, I told Chris that. I got hot water the same day - I am happy, but professionalism needs to be maintained and miscommunications should be owned and handled in some way.

I know what I was told for the price. When you are price shopping you don't misunderstand the price. So it's an unfortunate situation, because I would have been a happy customer, now I have to write a review that accurately reflects the miscommunication and thus service we received. It's really unfortunate, everything else seemed good.

Joe and his team is always there to help us help our clients. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain always tries to address our clients needs as soon as they arise and give them the straight honest story.
