Replaced a leaky 6 inch section of copper pipe and charged $400- should have been half that amount. Did come quickly which was appreciated and did good work for about 20 minutes. Too expensive- I felt taken advantage of.

Chris did a great job cleaning out our French drain. He is easy to get in contact with. He actually picked up his phone each time we called. He is reliable. We will definitely use him again

Diagnosed that my ancient toilet needed to be replaced. Advised me to buy a toilet independently to save some $. Scheduled to do the installation quickly after I bought the toilet. Plumber was on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We recently realized that our toilet was wasting too much water. I was not familiar with the operation of this toilet and called this morning. Was given a fair quote and the repairman showed up early.

The technician showed up on time and wore booties and a mask even though
I told him it was not necessary.

He took pictures of the work which I needed because the repairs are at
the buyer's request.

I would use them again if I were not moving out of state.

The only downside is that to clean up the mess he made when he cut out
part of the valve he used the squeegee I keep in the steam shower to clean the floor. There now are metal flakes embedded in this squeegee.

I didn't notice it until I got into the shower but there were metal particles and some plaster still on the floor. It would have been better if he had asked for a broom and swept it up while it was still dry

We had a pipe leak on a Saturday morning. We were able to get a leak detection company to come out on Sunday morning. After finding the leak we called Flush King Plumbing and they were able to come out that same afternoon to complete a pipe reroute of our main water line to the house. They did a fantastic job and were able to get our water running to that house again the same day. Really appreciate the great work they did for us. Would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Flush King came and found that I had been lied to by another company that wanted to dig up my sewer lines and create fixes for issues I didn't have. What he actually found out is the reason my master toilet wasn't flushing is because it was never vented by the originalDel Webb manufacturer of the home. He snake it. It started working again he Hydro jetted for half the cost all of my pipes and everything works great now. I cannot recommend Flush King more highly.

First this is the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with... But please read on: Like many, we first called that national company with the clever jingle. They took forever to show up, brought inadequate tools and tried to bully my wife into a huge up-sale, before even diagnosing the problem. I talked to them on the phone, paid their bill for doing nothing and had them leave. NOW THE GOOD NEWS, I found Flush King! They sent someone right away. The plumber understood the problem at once, and had the right tools to do the job. Additionally, as my home is over 50-years old, we discussed remedies to keep this from happening again. I found them to be absolutely straight-up with the facts and their cost for the fix was reasonable. I had the big work done, and it was all accomplished by their crew in one additional day. Flush King is: Honest. Reliable. Fair. And in addition they do quality work. Their quotes are all-inclusive, so no hidden extras or surprises. Chris completed the first repair. He came after 7pm on aa Sunday and cleaned the drain. Tom called said he could be early to fix the toilet, come on over. Both gentlemanly, fixed the problems and cleaned up better than when they came. I have and will recommend Flush King Plumbing.

We found the main line at our home leaking after 4:00 PM. I called about five business that either did not answer or I had to leave a message.

I dialed Flush King and got a live person after one or two rings. I explained the leak and that we had to have the repair done that night. I was told they could do it and would have Larry there in about 90 minutes.

Larry made it in time and gave me a very fare price for the work. It was not an easy job due to limited accessibility.

I Called and spoke with Chris who was (Very Friendly and professional) about having a kitchen faucet replaced. He said he would have someone out with in an hour. Had a hot water line slab leak and the company I originally had to do the repair was dragging it's feet not returning my calls or to even make appointment to do the job. So I decided to look somewhere else. Can across Flush king plumbing on web search and had good reviews on Yelp. I filled out a request form on thier website and within 15-30 mins was sent an email. I called spoke to Chris. He was very friendly and I explained my situation and that have been without hot water almost 3 weeks. He said he could have someone out in 90 mins. 15 mins later received a call from Rich and he said he be heading out shortly. 30 so minutes later received a text stating he's on the way. When Rich arrived introduced himself and I explained the problem and showed him the area. He checked it out told me what they could do and how. I asked how soon they could start and he said we can start right now. He made a few calls and started getting things ready. Another employee showed up and they both got right to work. Short time later another employee showed up and they all worked together and got the job done in a few hours. The original plumber told me they would have to tear up my floors and bust up the concrete to make this repair. Rich explained they wouldn't need to do that they could run PEX piping through the walls. But instead they wound up using copper piping and did an awesome professional job. They explained to me In every detail on what the needed to do and what the did do. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to everyone. Awesome company and people. Flush King installed a PRV line on our home. They are the only company in our area to offer any form of warranty, let alone a 5 year! They offered exceptional service, spent a lot of time providing details and to top it off they offered a yelp coupon for $50 off the rate.

Our technician, Tom was so kind and spent a lot of time explaining the new system. Tom also took the time to explain a few other plumbing related questions I had.

Larry did a great job fixing my leaky spigot, removing my garage sink, and removing my old solar water heater. When I asked if he could fix my leaky vacuum breaker, he mentioned that it was a very easy job and I could probably do it myself to save some money. He was right! I had a troubling water leak. The King made it a none stressful situation in minutes of arriving.

Flush King responded timely to my estimate request and provided a quote that was similar to others I received. Flush King set a time but the assigned plumber (Mike) called and said he would be delayed due to a difficult job. It was no problem; I appreciated being kept informed of the delay. To my surprise, Tom (who I had talked with to set up the appointment) said he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes and within the original time frame. What service! Tom was very friendly and professional. The job got done. :-)

Septic backed up into house! Chris came out first thing in an- detected broken pipe with roots into broken pipe. Fixed it temporarily till his excellent crew came out to dig out pipe and replace.

Second call out for main water line break under driveway was unfortunately taken for Scottsdale upcharge. Never received quote upfront which is yet another learning experience. When asked for breakout of quote was insulted as a women who doesn’t understand business. In spite my running a professional business with 5-6 employees for 30+ years! Ultimately Chris said the 4-5 laborers for 7 hours was $7000. $$$ Really?
Would definitely get a second opinion in writing before using this company.

From the time I called until it was completed was under four hours. The Plumber was professional, personable, efficient and effective at assessing the situation and making needed repairs using Pro-Press technology and one solder connection. I've advised my wife who manages rentals to use Flush King for our property management projects, as I intend to do also.

The job was to take out the broken pressure regulator, next to the water meter, and put a new on on the main line at the house. That was the job I was quoted for.
After the job was done, Flush King Pluming put in the new pressure regulator but did not remove the broken one. But I was charged the same.
Kind of disappointing. When I called I was told it was not necessary to take out the old one because it acted like a pipe and was not leaking.
Again, this was not what I paid for and what happens when the old one completely fails.

We called for repairs and received great service. We were told that they would be there at 8 am Monday morning and were at the restaurant 20 minutes before 8 am. It has been a long time since someone showed up so promptly and worked so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service! Last plumber told me I needed to pay 10k to replace entire drain line. This one unclogged the line and showed me a video that my pipes were not even that bad. He recommended some enzymes to unclog them in the long run and avoid further issues. I was so happy with the service I immediately texted several relatives to tell them I found an awesome plumber.

Recently we had an issue with our kitchen sink and washing machine standpipe slow draining. We decided to ask for quotes via Yelp and Flush King reached out to us saying that they could be at our home at 10am the following day. Larry from Flush King reached out to me on the day of the appointment saying he could be there early. Great! He showed up early, was friendly, professional and actually solved the problem. He also provided some recommendations to prevent future issues. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone else with a plumbing issue. These folks made my day. From the moment I called I knew I had made the right choice. I explained what was happening and within a half hour, Tom Johnson the plumber was at my door. He took care of all the repairs and answered all my questions. The work consisted of replacing the hose bib in the back yard as well as the pipe. This stopped the recently discovered drip from the backyard faucet that was getting worse by the day. The new faucet only requires a slight turn and my arthritic hands appreciate that very much. He also replaced the bathroom sinks (4 of them) stoppers and the ball rods underneath. I mentioned to him that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered in a few days. He noticed in the laundry area that the fittings were old and might make it unlikely the new washer and dryer could be installed so that was brought up to current requirements. All the work was done with a smile and I now feel confident that my new home’s plumbing is in great condition. And, if anything goes awry, I know exactly who to call.

Chris is 100% legit. Professional and experienced. Working on an older Phoenix valley home he already knew the design and layout of the plumbing system. He was honest and upfront with all pricing. Due to his extensive knowledge he was able to identify a clog in the main home sewage drain under the home and had it un-clogged, flushed, and inspected for quality repair within 1 hour.

Excellent service!! Emergency sewer back-up at our house. After trying to DIY a fix with negative results, I searched for a professional. The first 2 plumbing business’ I called told me 2 weeks before they could schedule me.

I was referred to this company by a realtor . I needed two small ball valves installed .... one on the inlet of my home and one on the inlet side of a water heater ... I got a price on the phone that I think is too high so I am going with another company . I know plumbers are real busy right now so be careful on the pricing !

Was looking to install a new water heater and found them on google. While they were here, they took a look around at all the other plumbing and told me they found a “leak” in the upstairs toilet and said that there was possible mold growing beneath the flooring. I believed it and he called Rocky Mountain Restoration and then they showed up and told me that I had a leak and it had spread down the walls behind the kitchen and that it is toxic. They placed air purifiers around my home. They then told me that I needed to call my insurance. I called and filed a claim and they came out to look at the leak. NO LEAK. This business is a total scam and everyone and their mother should be aware of how scammy they are. They go under a few other business names as well. Super sketchy. These people made me learn a hard lesson.

Quote was double what a prior quote from a different company was. Cannot use, crazy expensive. You responded to my review and said that I had told you that I had been quoted 7000.00 for the same job you were quoting. First of all I never said I was quoted 7k. I had only told you that a prior quote was higher than I expected and I wanted another quote. I do not make it a habit to tell a company that is coming out to quote me what I had been quoted previously from someone else. I don’t think most people do. Second of all, the prior quote (from the other company) was 4k to do the entire job! You were much, much higher. You must have mixed me up with another customer. Either way I would think that you would base your quote on an honest evaluation of what the work was that needed to be done, not basing it on what you thought the other plumber quoted me. Good news, you wishing me Luck paid off! I have a Plumber coming out to do the job this week! Very happy to say he is doing the job for less than half what you quoted me. I have some family members who are looking to have similar work done. Guess who is getting their business…!

Chris and Tom were very professional taking care to cover their shoes before entering our home. They protected our counters and flooring before beginning their work. Chris is very knowledgeable and was happy to explain what he was doing throughout the whole process. They cleaned up afterwards, you’d never know they were even here.

Tom replaced the backyard water spigot quickly and without any problems. Very friendly & professional service. Price competitive with other bids, however, Flush King's response was quick & answered my questions plus some info, based on my yelp description of job. I would use them again.
