Technician Ryan Waters called in advance to say he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional. He replaced the wax seal and water supply valve on a toilet. He did a thorough cleanup after the job.

The entire crew is awesome from owner Robin to Fred the Ops Manager as well as Stacy in the office. Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Great experience all around. I’m very grateful and appreciative to Parker and Son. Thank you.

Reverse Osmosis system replaced

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.
