Best Water Line Leaks in Phoenix AZ

Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

I do not know how this company has so many good reviews. They are terrible!! I have used them a couple times out of necessity and they have been awful! I called on Monday to schedule an appt for my kitchen sink that was falling down because it was an emergency. I explained the job in great detail to them and they said no problem and set appointment for Wednesday. Well they never showed up. I got a call at the end of the day to reschedule as they have had a rough day. I then gave the guy on the phone a brief description of my issue and then he proceeded to tell me they do not do that type of work.

Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A pipe in kitchen clogged, water not draining down from the sink & then dripping out of dish washer.Ryan S came on time and promptly took care of the mess. He was professional, easy to work with. Ben Franklin was fantastic. Called once and was connected to a scheduler. Received a text and a phone call one hour from expected arrival during the appointment window so I didn’t have to be tied to my house the whole time. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with all of our needs.

This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!

We had a complicated plumbing issue and from day 1, the lead technician, Mark was able explain the whole process so it was clear what was to be done. The whole process took several months because of our schedule. Mark was easy to work with, very professional and very much focused on customer service. He and another technician, William, really made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The service was not cheap, but well worth it. I would highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing!

We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

I contacted Simon's Plumbing through their website and within 5 minutes, Simon called me back. After telling him of my running toilet, he said he would be at my home in 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later he was there and working on my problem. After he finished, he also gave me some tips about any future problems I might have with my toilets and other leaks that might occur. Bottom line, Simon replied immediately, responded in 30 minutes and fixed our problem at a very competitive cost. What more could you ask? Simon will definitely get my future business!

I used Rooter Ranger for my first plumbing experience in my home. I had a lot of apprehension in proceeding with the company. My first encounter was with Joseph, he was very personable and easy to talk to, he explained the situation and what needed to be done. My second encounter was the next day for the work to begin was with Miguel. He was very prompt for the time scheduled. I liked his interaction with me how he answered all of my nervous questions.

He was extremely pleasant and really knew what he was doing, even when he thought he had run into a snag in the job. He said don't worry, I'll take care it, I'm here to please the customer and I'm good at what I do.

Miguel continued working called me back outside and was smiling ear to ear, and said see, no worries all taken care of.

If I ever need anymore plumbing services, because of Miguel and Joseph and they're easiness/professionalism I will use Rooter Ranger again.

I have to add that I also have been in customer service for over 30yrs and I know when it's genuine, and Miguel/Joseph were amazing!

I live in a rental and A.P.E.S. was called to come fix my plumbing/toilet problem. Mr. Anthony did a great job and was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I recommend this company and him fit any plumbing/toilet related issue you may have.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.
