Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!

Gerald of Reddi Services Peoria came out to fix a dripping bathroom faucet. He was a real treat, employing his dry sense of humor as adroitly as his plumbing tools, he had us entertained while he replaced the faulty cartridges and was done before we knew it! What a great guy, ask for Gerald if you ever need plumbing services in this area!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

The employees who came to do the work always showed up on time, acted in a very professional manner, advised me as what was happening and did a very good job of clean up and repair of some sheetrock.

Very responsive and showed up in the time frame they said they would. Luis and Fernando (aka Pablo) were very kind, courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing and stayed on the job until it was completed perfectly. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They are brothers and make a super team! They explained everything to us and showed us what they were doing and why.A pleasure to have in our home!

This company should be ashamed of itself. They wanted to charge $1700 just to hook up my kitchen sink- that was already installed. All they had to do was attach lines from dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal as well as put 2 new lines coming from wall valves. Maybe an hr to 2 max job. $1700!! That should be illegal, and I feel bad that people that don't know better would pay that. We went with a different licensed plumber, and he did the job for $500- and in amount, besides hooking up the sink, he also fixed our tub drain. Price gouging should be illegal. Sad thing is that I used them for my water heater before- and even though they were slightly higher- I used them and was fine. Even recommended them to people. I will NO longer be doing that, not after seeing how they take advantage of a simple job like hooking up a sink.

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience . Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot . So I called All Pro Plumbing services after getting a sug gestion from an employee . He asked me to try their services . Surprisingly , their plumber fixed it without changing all the parts . He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe . I'm impressed by their services .
