Best Water Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

Save your money and do not call this place. They do not even deserve 1 star. They charged 99.00 dollars to come out and wanted to charge another 1400.00 for a shut off valve replacement and outside faucet. We called faucet doctor and they did the entire job for 229.00. Do not let this company scam you!!!!!! We work hard for our money and companies like this do not deserve to be in business! The manager called us after the review. He apologized and gave us a refund of 99.00.

Eddy was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The people in the office are always friendly and ready to help when you call. I needed a new plumber for our building and now I have one! I will refer Robins Plumbing to all my friends!

Belsito went above & beyond to not only send an emergency tech same day to my home, but fixed the problem same day also! Thrilled with the response time and the professionalism of the technician AND the office staff!

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.

Our plumber was a nice man and professional but he scratched up my toilt so bad that i had to buy another toilet, the companies cost plus my new toilet cost me over 300.00, next time i will buy my own snake and fix it myself,

I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

Don was wonderful…he changed a pressure reducing valve in about 15 minutes. He was very professional, courteous and explanatory. Great service professional and the price was very reasonable. I will use this company again and recommend it.

I recently needed to upgrade my water heater and after reaching out to several companies I opted to use Simba Plumbing because the owner (Stefan) was polite, responsive and came highly recommended. Stefan arrived at my house ahead of schedule and completed the installation promptly while also taking the time to educate me on a few items to ensure I had a good understanding of the water heater that was being installed. Stefan went above and beyond during my scheduled appointment and I plan on using his services for all future plumbing needs.

We had a water pressure issue. Shade was our service man.He went and tested other houses water pressure from the outside. He determined that it was a city water pressure issue.Now I know which direction to go with this. Very nice and personable man.I would recommend them.

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!

Everyone I dealt with was just awesome. This was a costly repair that I didn’t see coming and they just made it easy for me to get fixed. But not only that recommended a company who found and potentially prevented a bigger major issue at my home. They explained everything to me from start to finish. I knew exactly what was gonna be done when. I will say if I had one negative thing to say. I originally picked a day that I would not miss work for the repairs to be completed. But that appointment was canceled with I don’t believe enough notice. I get it stuff happens but this cancellation indeed cause me to miss work which was frustrating. If I had to do this whole experience all over again(hopefully I won’t) I would still choose them.

The worst thing I ever did was eat a lot of hot mexican food on a 115 degree weather. I ended up destroying my toilet and wall paper. The best decision was to call Arizona Plumbing Services, the true heroes.

Jesus showed up promptly last night and attempted to unclog my drain. Evidently the clog was in a place he was unable to reach. He spoke with Jim on the phone who offered to come with a camera to search the system between 7:30 and 8AM. Jim and Ron showed up promptly at 7:30 and all of your techs were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I received a quote and am deciding how and when I wish to proceed. Thank you.
