Best Water Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

What an incredible experience for me. As a woman I have been frustrated by service companies in the past.
But not with A.P.E.S. I appreciated Justin's professionalism and ability to clearly communicate what was going to happen. I had a water line break in my front yard and they were able to dig the ditch and fix the mess in one day!
I also enjoyed how he made the nightmare I called my front yard less stressful with just a touch of humor.
I will gladly recommend this business to all my clients and friends.

My tech was jimmy, he was great. I have trouble trusting any company but he seemed cool when it came to what needed to be repaired. He was very friendly and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I dont like giving 5 stars but penguin i guess earned it. Im selling my home and i need to make sure everything passes inspection. Hopefully i can call them if anything HVAC doesn't pass. Good job jimmy.

We had maintenance service of our air conditioner 2 days ago. We never had such a perfect service. We are very impressed by the technician Brandon Bates. He was highly professional, supportive, paying attention to details, just excellent. He discovered 3 cables, which were molten and could produce fire in the future. He saved our house from the danger to get fire in the future. We are customers of ACE already several years but never had such a perfect service. Such people like Brandon has to receive promotion. We wish ACE to do all customers happy like us. Anastassia

First time customer of the company. Our service tech was Matt Brickley. He was amazing. He did an amazing job repairing our plumbing connection. He was professional and friendly and his work quality was suberb. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. As I am sure many of there techs are great I will be requesting Matt for our future service visits.

Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. Rosario noticed one of the pvc fitting which had been left and which could have created a massive flood. Great work done. Great company. Thanks. John Cobb

We have had a VIP membership with Patrick Riley for about 5 years now. We're very pleased with their services. Today, Michael came out to address a plumbing issue, and to do the regular maintenance on the hot water heater. He was very thorough and was diligent in how he approached the projects. He took his time to ensure the job was done correctly, cleaned up after he was done, took time to explain what needed to be done and why, and patiently answered all my questions.

I had an old rusted kitchen faucet and drain that I wanted removed and new ones installed. Tim arrived early with a friendly positive attitude. As I watched him working I could tell he had excellent work standards. I was very happy with the job that Tim did. This is the second time I used Pro Skills and I would highly recommend them

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Call them first

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.
