We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! My parents had extensive pipe replacement for their manufactured home. A Name brand plumbing company quoted $6,000 more than what they paid "Moon Valley." In addition they put in a new faucet for their sink and a new line was added to their backyard so they could easily water their shrubs.

Alex has serviced my home a few times, enjoy his outgoing personality along with good work.

Andres was great took care of my plumbing problem quickly. Thought price was a little high.

Amazing, prompt service at a very fair price. Stefan arrived not only on time, but early and had my very leaky outside faucet fixed and everything in tip top shape in a very efficient manner. Professionalism was top notch. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing.

Luis came out promptly when I called to report no hot water and fixed the problem very quickly at no charge since I had some leak repair work done 2 days prior and it was related.

I called Parker & Sons after another plumber cancelled due to illness. They came the next day, verified where the leak was and ran a new line to fix the water leak in my bathroom within 5 hours. Also noted that the contractor who removed the vanity and toilet had installed the wrong angle stops, and that they were leaking, and replaced them. Was more costly than the other plumber but the work was done quickly and correctly, everything was explained to me, and everything was cleaned up.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

I really appreciate how timely and communicative they were. I was able to get an appointment very soon after calling them for the first time. They also kept me updated with a reminder the day before, information about who my technician would be, their expected arrival, and they gave me a confirmation call when he was heading over. They also explained the issue, the recommended fix, and afterwards they demonstrated it worked correctly.



My technician, Cameron, also had all around good customer service. He wore booties, asked my preference for knocking every time he needed to come back inside, cleaned up after himself, was polite and even funny, and most importantly my doggies loved him. All around a pleasant experience.

Excellent service with prompt appearance, polite behavior, and quality work. They explained what needed to be done, obtaining my approval for proposed payment. Were willing to work with insurance adjusters. Cleaned up after work was completed.

I desperately needed a plumber for our leaky shower valve as our plumber was out of town for a week and our Reno people needed done asap to keep going on our job! This company responded immediately and was able to come out same day and fix the leak! I am giving them 5+ stars as not only were they able to come out the same day, he was able to fix my leak that night in less than an hour and no joke for 1/12th yes 1/12th the cost that we got from our usual plumber! He now has all our future plumbing business due to being honest and doing great work and telling us up front what we did and did not need to fix this leak!!! He was amazing and I highly recommend to anyone in the valley looking for a trustworthy plumber! He now has our business for all our plumbing needs!!! Incredible incredible incredible!!!
