I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater and an outdoor hose bib, and they did a fantastic job, answered my questions about the product, and assured me if I needed anything in the future, they’d be a phone call away. I felt as though I was in good hands. Very transparent about their services and time, and were communicative about needing to turn on/off specific utilities so as not to inconvenience anyone in the house.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. Mike Fetters and another employee came out to work on our air conditioner unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the unit which was covered under warranty, answered our questions and left everything clean and in place. We purchased our unit from George Brazil several years ago and have been very happy with the unit and the continual service that has been covered under warranty.. We have been extremely happy with George Brazil and their service men. We highly recommend their air conditioning service to anyone.

It was Easter Day and I needed some help figuring out where my plumbing was leaking from in the wall. I called and they came over soon after to help with my problem. I highly recommend them!

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.

Clogged toilet small job. Sheldon used an auger and toilet was clear is less then 5 mins. Super nice young man and charged me a more than fair price. I'm super grateful for this company. Used them before for a slab leak. Owner Mark is a supreme professional with utmost integrity making this a very reliable company in my experience and opinion. Their customer service is superior and they genuinely care about their customers. I wont go anywhere else!

I've had Donley do plumbing and air conditioning work for me since the 1990s. Probably a bit expensive, but they do it right the first time and are honest about what needs to be done, and they explain why. Definitely will refer them to anyone out there looking to get an estimate, or have work done.

My initial contact with the company was during my new home orientation. The technician was delayed due to an accident on the highway. I was notified and given updates to when he would arrive. When he arrived he was apologetic, then got into the orientation and inspection. I appreciate his professionalism, way of explaining the AC system and him reporting another unrelated issue he found during the inspection. Overall it has been a good experience.
