We had an emergency plumbing need in our office over a weekend. DiamondBack Plumbing was at our office within less than an hour to fix the issue. The technician was professional and friendly and got to work to fix the problem immediately. He was done quickly, which allowed us to go home to continue our weekend. Since it was a Sunday, I was expecting a large bill however it was ver reasonable for having to come in on an emergency. I would recommend them.

This was easily the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing repair. Troy from Aussie Plumber absolutely went above and beyond on diagnosing, explaining, and executing the necessary repairs. Our issues with air-knocking pipes, whistling pipes, and then 2 separate leaks (one outside, one sump-related) were not simple. It took a lot of work to figure it all out, then there were product/part sourcing challenges. Along the way, Troy (and Michelle in the office) kept us up to date and well informed. Their communication and commitment to seeing the repairs through really made a huge difference in my wife's and my peace of mind. Such a great experience it was worthy of writing a review!

He was very professional and quite knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he taught me a little something about installing and care of the water heater. He enjoys his work and was very courteous to me. I definitely would use him and the company again if ever needed.

Alan installed my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as the plumbing below the sink. All looks good and works properly.

Jamie was on time performed all the usual G Brazil steps the booties the red carpet performed his inspections and gave us his recommendations and let us decide what needed to be done and when he had everything he needed to do the most important things so we decided to do two things right then and there the other is on my wish list for now . Jamie is our plumber we don't just have anyone when you find the right one you let them know and they will only send that person . Work is always done by someone my dog approves of

Valentine came out within a couple of hours and was able to check out our problem with some sewage backup from our septic system. He was professional and knowledgeable, and provided much appreciated education regarding our septic system and the necessary maintenance. we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.
