Best Video Camera Line Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

Bumble Bee is the best and Richard E. is especially awesome! He did an annual inspection on our place to We found them when we had a huge leak. We became members then because they were the only company who figured out what what going on, and fast. This was after 4 other companies were paid to figure it out. It's a completely different experience with this company and employees. Honestly, it's a surprise when you run into a company like this. Richard took the time to answer all of my questions today and explain things clearly. It's obvious they want the best for people and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. They are competent, on time, quick, honest and nice.

Our Septic holding tank was full and backing up in our drains. I called and got someone out that to pump it for us. They ran water in to the holding and pumped that out also. Talked to them about our problem and the workers understood what possibly needed to be done to fix it. Before they left they had set up an appt. for some one to come and look at our system and get a quote to fix it.

Keith was very knowledgeable to every question I had. Validated the coupon I had originally called about and was in and out in 30 minutes. Gave me tips on how to maintain for future use in a professional manor. Very nice and easy to communicate with. As a first time home owner it’s always interesting to what kind of things you deal with when having to do repairs and dealing with Mr. Rooter was a breeze.
