Just experienced the dreaded water heater failure with water going everywhere in the house. Ultimately had to shut all water off as the valve at the heater had failed. Needed some help quickly and reached out to Maloney Plumbing. They did not initially have anyone available to help the same day, so I continued my search elsewhere. Unknown to me, they continued to reach out to their technicians and called me back with a same day option before I had found anyone else. Colin came out within an hour or so and was able to quickly get another water heater installed. He was helpful, professional and friendly. We had an emergency plumbing need in our office over a weekend. DiamondBack Plumbing was at our office within less than an hour to fix the issue. The technician was professional and friendly and got to work to fix the problem immediately. He was done quickly, which allowed us to go home to continue our weekend. Since it was a Sunday, I was expecting a large bill however it was ver reasonable for having to come in on an emergency. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Custom plumbing of Arizona. I had an issue with my sewer line which was causing back ups within my home. The orangeburg piping that was used on my home which was constructed in the 1960's had partially collapsed. I was told this is a common issue with older homes. I had bids from numerous other companies and decided to go with Custom Plumbing due to them having the lowest bid and also due to them having a great track record from other reviewers. They were able to use a trenchless technology which allowed them to replace my sewer line without tearing up my backyard landscaping which saved me quite a bit of money!

This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service. Great experience with getting our cracked sewer pipes lined/replaced in our 1924 bungalow! After talking with 3 different contractors, Peerless was clearly the most professional, the best at communicating, with the best pricing. They did a great job. A big thank you to Ramone who went above and beyond to not only complete the initial job, but also completed some additional work we added at the last minute!

We scheduled our small steel grease trap to be replaced by Rooter Ranger after using them to repair a sewer line break a few months ago. Fortunately when our scheduled 8am guy called out they sent us Roger around 1030am to get started. Roger did an excellent job jackhammering our concrete floor and digging out our rusted old trap. He was friendly, efficient and polite the entire process, including coming back the next day to pour new concrete. Would highly recommend Rooter Ranger especially Roger.

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

The tech who came cleared the drain and made sure it was working, including a second effort to go further in the pipe. They also suggested additional work that might be needed based on the age of the house. I was left very pleased, and would happy to use Zippity Split again!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
