FINALLY, an honest, helpful, expert plumber!! Eric Munoz provided the best, quickest, and most polite service I have ever experienced, and I have been a homeowner for decades. He fixed a drain problem that another plumber had failed to remedy after three tries. If you have had bad experiences before like I have, you will be amazed. Thank you, Eric.

Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

Had my water heater start leaking so I called rooter ranger they were very thorough and gave me a couple different options I opted to go with a tankless water heater. They got right on it and worked pretty late into the evening to get it done for me so I could shower in the morning so happy I called them the customer service from Oscar was top notch.

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! joe and jt did a first rate job, very clean great install. my wife and I were very impressed by both and the job that they did.I should note that they arrived early and when they were done we had no clean up and we still had the day to get some errands done.great job. very happy. picked the right company.
