The customer service at Mr. Rooter is the best. After having my septic tank pumped, I found out I needed a repair to my septic line and risers installed to my septic tank. I called around but Mr. Rooter was the only place to respond fast. Chris and Sam were very friendly and immediately knew what to do. The job took several days and Sam’s communication throughout was great. He was very thorough, courteous, and professional. No one is excited about spending money on a septic system but they made the experience much better!

Late Saturday afternoon... sound of water gushing from the laundry room led to considerable mop-up, then to a number of phone calls. Not an especially good time to have a drain clog... I left a few messages on after-hours VM's and received a call back from Dan. He was very understanding of our situation and was honest about the scheduling, we had a service tech at our house shortly after 7AM the next morning. We also received a call to let us know the tech was on his way. Our service tech Parker, was a great representation of the company... he was polite, efficient, and had us back online in less than an hour. He explained everything in detail (before he started), and did a great job. Thank you!! Your team eliminated what could have been a fairly stressful weekend. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.

The technician (Keith) arrived within 30.minutes of me calling Mr. Rooter. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly asset the situation and explained my options. After deciding on the option that worked best for me, he immediately got his equipment and got to work. Before he left, he made sure ALL the drains were working properly. He did great work and he was super honest. He told me what it was going to cost, what he was going to do, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what he said it was going to be. I couldn't be happier. Anytime I need plumbing help in the future, I will call Mr. Rooter and ask them to send Keith!

Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.

I bought two new bidet toilets (Korean made) from a home improvement store, who also offered installation. The guy they sent couldn't do it, said the parts were incompatible, etc. and said he would have someone call me later. No call ever came.

I found Mr Rooter online and filled out a request for quote. Within the hour, a rep called me and scheduled the installer for a couple of days later.

The installer (Will) arrived promptly, had no problem installing the toilets, and was delightful to talk to. He went over the features of the toilet with me and made sure all my questions were answered.

Just a great experience from top to bottom (no pun intended).

Mr Rooter is my go to plumbing service from this day forward. They have displayed exemplary professionalism and followed through to complete a very difficult plugged drain system. Will, the technician was very courteous and did a remarkable job. Very polite and on time.

Our technician responded quickly (within an hour), gave me an estimate I was comfortable with, took off to get parts and was back and done with a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous.

Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.
Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.

RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!! You don’t know what you are getting and you may end up having to pay double

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?

To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!

The serviceman arrived quickly and advised what was being done and what additionally needed to be done. He was very courteous and professional.

I had a very large leak at my water main. I called a couple place first, but Mr. Rooter was the only one that could come out the next day. From the initial phone with Jackie, she was very friendly and efficient and got me scheduled quickly. My service tech Ken Peterson was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He showed about on time and fixed the leak and walked me through everything he did. He even cleaned everything to where you had no idea there was even a leak. It may have been a little expensive, but well worth it and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

Everyone from my initial phone call to office and workers to my house were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They came here within 2 hours of my call. The technician Terrell was amazing. Mister Rooter did an excellent job replacing our drain piping. From start to finish, they provided excellent service. Cris and Joe, the field supervisors, were transparent from the very beginning, explaining to us what the problem is, and what needs to be done. They were professional, courteous, and had our best interest in mind throughout the job. Terrill and his crew worked very hard, and did an outstanding job. They kept us informed throughout the process, and always accommodated so that it was as least inconvenient as possible. It's amazing how much work they did in such a short amount of time. Everyone from the workers to the supervisors were professional and courteous. I felt at ease knowing they were on the job. The way we were treated is an example of how to serve customers.

Checked for water damage changed toilets in both bathrooms checked elements and flushed the water heater. Connected me to the people to fix the water damage. And referred an AC technician. He advised me on my water pressure and future maintenance.

We had a significant problem in our retail space, toilets were backing up, and water coming up in our break room. Our technician worked on it and worked on it until he got it resolved, which meant doing 500 feet down the line to ultimately clear it. Our plumber, Terrill, was super communicative at every step, when the problem wasn’t resolved after the first visit him mediately returned. He was outstanding.
This was also the only plumbing organization in the area I could find to come out the same day. I would absolutely use them again

I had a water line leak which required turning off the water to our home at 8pm over the 4th of July weekend. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they were at our home by 9pm. The leak was repaired and our water back on before 9:30pm. Mr. Ken Peterson was the plumber who responded. He was prompt, polite and well versed in his trade. He is truly a fine man to work with. I will be using Mr Rooter Plumbing for all my needs in the future.

This company came out to the North Knoxville complex which was consulted with professional plumbers prior to their arrival that the complex had old cast-iron Plumbing they chose to hydro blast without checking for any leaks before or after their jobs or duties that they were prepay for it and was done and are currently facing lawsuit

We had initially had Mr. Rooter out to clear a kitchen sink drain. They informed us that someone else would be by with a camera to double check that the clog was cleared. No one called us to say when the camera guy would be by, he just showed up the next morning. When he showed up, he told us that he wasn't there to just check the drain but that we had a major issue with our sewer lines. No one told us this the day before or even alluded to such a major issue. They told us that they would work with insurance to get things covered but would need to start some work that day. They didn't give us time to clear our stuff out, so since they were jack hammering the majority of the floors, our things are now covered in dust. Once work started, the communication diminished. They told us that it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs. The workers were starting on a Wednesday. They informed us that no one would be there Friday and the workers would be back Saturday. No one showed up on Saturday. Monday morning rolls around and no one shows up. We had to call the office to find out what was even going on. After that occurred, the communication improved. Once the work was complete, they refused to wait for the insurance to provide payment. They wouldn't share pictures or a breakdown of the invoice until everything was paid. The pictures didn't even include any of where the alleged cracked pipes were. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them for major plumbing repairs.

On time, professional from start to finish, a little higher priced than we liked. This is how a service call should ALWAYS be. Will absolutely use Mr. Rooter again!

Good Quality, Excellent timing and fair pricing. I say fair, but it is expensive if your a DIY person who will go to home depot and pickup an $100 faucet and install yourself. In that case I paid 10x more.

(Leak and water heater emergency repair) Terrill and Nate went above and beyond to fix this repair in the fastest, most proficient and professional way possible! They did everything they said they would do, showed up when they said they were going to, and all with a smile and amazing customer service! They were kind and friendly and made this process completely stress for me and the residents at our property. I work with contactors and venders on a daily basis and it is very hard to find anyone that can compare to these gentlemen and to Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Parker was great he not only fixed the problems we had but alerted us to potentially expensive repairs we could avoid with some maintenance. Such a different experience to what I have encountered in the past with other companies.

I had ejector pump that seized up and was challenging to access on my septic system, I couldn’t use shower or use the restroom for days! Called 10-12 different companies and no one wanted to help me! Joe at Mr Rooter called me back and immediately set up a time to come out and assess it, he also did some research on the Leadtime of a replacement pump if needed prior to showing up, he had 3 options for replacement pumps. Luckily they were able to unclog the impeller on the existing pump at a fraction of a replacement pump! Thank you guys for stepping up in a bad situation and doing a great job!!!

I am moving my kitchen to another room, Ken was very informative on what needed to be done. I did not have to wait for the cost, he was able to tell me immediately what price range I was looking at. Ken provided problem solving ideas and was able to manage around the structure of my old house. He was also able to move my gas line to accommodate the location of my gas range.

Service was good. The technician was personable and knew what he was doing. Rates are high.

They have always been available during our emergencies, but I realized they will take advantage of you and charge as much as they can get away with. Grayhawk Plumbing (don't use them either) via our warranty company was suppose to come out and unclog our tub drain. Instead, they disassembled our drain and did not reassemble if before they left. I did not realize they did this and my roommate took a shower, flooding both of our bathrooms since they share the same wall. We called Mr. Rooters immediately and they diagnosed the drain piece as the issue. I asked if they could provide a diagnosis so I could submit this back to my warranty company. He told me he could provide me an appointment overview (diagnosis) for $99!!! LOL. They then recommended their mitigation company, Copper State Home Builders. Go look at some of their reviews....insurance scam

I won't be using this company again. I can get more for my money elsewhere.

I called Mr Rooter for a quote on clearing a line to get the house ready to sell. Nothing crazy, no clogs or strange situations. The friendly technician acted like a close friend and said he would put together some quotes for hydrojetting the main line and whole house. It came in at a whopping $1500 for the main line and $2100 for the house. Insane! He told me all companies charged that but I didn't believe him.
The next three companies I called all were lower than $400 to do the whole house.
Research and call around! Mr Rooter is very expensive for the same quality service.

I had received 4 estimates to fix a sewer line underneath my cool decking. Mr. Rooter was the cheapest and they were able to fix it without digging up my entire backyard. The workers were extremely polite, arrived on time and kept me informed over the 3 days they worked. Honestly, I've never seen people work as hard as these young men did in 115 degree temperatures! They finished in 3 days just as they said and no extra charges. I'm very pleased and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Service person was great, very timely and knowledgeable, but thought the pricing was very high. Next time I might have to shop around.

Great service all around! Easy booking, fast arrival, polite and efficient service technician (Devon). I called them this morning shortly after 9am after being stood up by another company last night (who said they were on their way and then never showed or called - they called me back at 7 this morning...uh, no thanks!). As it turns out that was a good thing for not only me (because I got great service), but also for Mr. Rooter as...I work in the home services industry and get a few calls a week regarding plumbing work which we don't offer. I will be referring all of those people to Mr. Rooter after my great experience with them. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and Devon was great, really went the extra-mile. I've been in the contracting business for thirty years and was a plumber for the first ten of those years so I know a well trained technician who's happy to work for his company when I see one. I typically rent a rooter machine and do it myself when the need arises but didn't have the time this go around. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to do it for myself again but now I think I'll just call them instead! Great job Devon and the Mr Rooter team!

Have used these guys a couple times before for minor things in the last 15years that we have been in our house. This time, the 50 year old sewer pipe out the the street disintegrated. They came out and put a camera down and figured out the problem, quoted us a decent price, painful, but decent. They came back the next day and started the work, took three days to complete. The crew was amazing and professional, they worked well together, treated each other with tremendous respect, knew what they were doing and got right down to business. Thanks to Chris, Cameron, and Thomas, and all the other guys who came to help with the new pipe. You made a terrible situation bearable, and fixed our problem quickly. Joe was amazing! He helped me troubleshoot, over the phone on Sunday, an issue with my sump pump so that I could get the smell out of my house immediately (and to see if it was necessary for them to come out). When they came out on Monday, both Joe and his coworker wore masks (which was greatly appreciated) and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.

We tried a few plumbers with no luck in finding what was leaking in my kitchen. After Ken from Mr. Rooter came out we found out what was leaking and he got the ball rolling to get everything fixed with a restoration company. He also helped me address a couple other issues I had with my out door facets and water softener! I felt like he went above what is expected to give great customer service! And always kept me up to date on what he was finding!

We called them in the AM and had someone at our hour right after noon. He gave us a quote and got the work done very quickly. He was masked & gloved, both hands and shoes, and we appreciated the safety aspect of it. He was very professional and did a really good job for us.

He then performed a complimentary review of all the household plumbing. With the coupon the business made available, the cost was more reasonable than other plumbers have charged.

I had a new outside hose faucet installed. After 1 day, the faucet started to leak so I stated this in my review. The next date, John called me to inquired what the problem was. after i explained, he and Joe were here in one hour to replace the defective faucet. Had to have a shower valve replaced but it was not an easy fix. They had to cut the pipes to change it due to the hard water in my house but Lewis did a great job and was very professional. I'm very happy with his work he made look like he was never there.

I had really bad pipes throughout my home. Mr. Rooter not only re-piped my entire home, but also did it with respect towards my minimal budget! I had an emergency with both of my outside faucets leaking badly. I called 3 companies and 2 returned my call. The first company said because it was a Sunday, only 1 guy was working and he was already booked up. Mr. Rooter called and they immediately got me an appt for that day. The plumber arrived and immediately made a list of what he needed and went out to get them. When he returned he immediately went to work and in no time at all I had 2 brand new faucets. He was very counterions and pleasant at all times. I will definitely called Mr. Rooter again.

One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. My call started out to be just a leak which Keith took care of quickly. Since he was here he went ahead and did an annual check up of the plumbing. Keith from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to help us today after our shower faucet cartridge broke this morning and I had to shut off the main water to our house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain that the valve needed to be replaced since it broke in the worst way. He carefully removed our shower panel so we can reuse it and went to work removing the old valve to install the new one. He was very neat doing this work and he was even very patient with our curious dog. I highly recommend Keith and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Had a clogged kitchen that was further in our pipes than our 25ft snake could reach. Parker was the name of our technician and he was able to come out at 11pm at night and quickly fix the clog. I was insane pleased with the communication, speed, and price of the service.

Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well.. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and Dan, the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will call them again for my plumbing needs. If you get Dan Dein as your technician, I know you will receive excellent service.

Outstanding! Have never had a better experience with a plumbing company. I've owned several different homes for 30+ years and have had my share of plumbing problems, like everyone else. Recently bought a second home in AZ and found out the day after closing that the entire plumbing system was messed up, much to my disappointment. Luckily, my Google results led me to Mr Rooter. Two master plumbers came out (Joe and JT) and they we exceptional - their patience, kindness and honesty was one of the best experiences I've ever had. They knew right away what the issue was, and they knew how to correct it. They didn't try to lure me to buy things I didn't need, and even helped with some little things like changing filters for me, free of charge. I can't say enough good things about these two guys - they walked away as friends! You won't go wrong hiring Mr Rooter - they really are the best in the business!

Came the afternoon on the day we called them and fixed a clogged drainpipe that was flooding our kitchen. Also fixed a shower that was leaking and needed the valve replaced. Definitely recommend them for their fast response and very professional plumbers.

These guys came in and were very professional, friendly, and good attitudes even though sometimes it wasn't any fun at all. I highly recommend them. I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 20 years when on Christmas Day my kitchen was all backed up and they came out on Christmas Day, as did the supervisor, and fixed my problem, only charging me $100. They don't charge for week-ends, holidays or emergency fees. I've never seen anybody do that. They also give discounts. They kept to the schedule even if they had to work until 9:00 p.m.

We've used Mr. Rooter numerous times in the past & they have always been courteous & prompt, making any necessary repairs (or draining the H20 water heater) quickly. My only slightly negative comment to this day is that if they make any holes in your drywall necessary for the repair work, do not expect them to repair it - that's not part of their techs' repertoire.

Came in looked at problem. told of cost. turned off water to the heater. Ordered the new water heater and was here the next day to install. Anthony was very professional and efficient. Yes I will use them again and refer them to all who need plumbing.

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys

I'm a realtor, and I had a problem at a house I was selling. I had the buyers inspection that day. I called Mr. Rooter, and they had someone there in about an hour. They identified, and fixed the problem just as quickly. Both of the guys who worked on the house were very professional and knowledgeable. The price was less than I expected as well. I will be using Mr. Rooter again, and recommending them to coworkers and friends.

My mother's old bathroom pipes leading to her septic tank collapsed when I was out of town recently. As a senior with cognitive issues she was feeling overwhelmed without me there and at a loss of what to do. She called Mr. Rooter for overnight, emergency service at 3:00am.
Due to her age and condition, she has difficulty managing her stress response and was upset (crying and lamenting) all through their repair. When I arrived Devon had completely calmed my mother, speaking to her in a respectful, reassuring way. Additionally, he took the time to explain to me all the work that had been done, and the next steps to expect with restoration, home insurance, etc.
After that display of conflict management, I think Devon should seriously consider a career in social work.
I will happily recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family, and if you are seeking a professional who is honest and sincere in their work, I encourage you to ask for Devon.

I called Mr Rooter for a Sewer roots cleaning service. They sent their technician, Trenton, he took care of the problem, in no time, he clean everything like it never happen. ? professional, friendly, affordable and clean service. Mr Rooter will be our Plumbing company from now on.??

Service that can be trusted. Professional, knowledgeable service technicians. Our pipes burst in May 2019 and the team came out and did the repairs and service even over the weekend. Then just recently I had to have a new hot water heater installed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Amazing people and amazing service.

Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.

We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.

Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.

First, these guys show up over an hour past the 2pm to 4pm appt time. I need sink disposal replaced. Then, they ask for over $600. Seriously?! The unit only costs about 150, so they want over 200 per hr for labor on a regular and simple task which takes no more than 2hrs max. It just feels all wrong! I swear they priced it to take my entire 600 stimulus check! Shame on you, Mr. Rooter. Isn't it bad enough that our country and world are in crisis?! Do you really have to push taking advantage of folks, too?! I bet many contractors are doing this; monkey see, monkey do. SMH

I called Mr Rooter for a shower cartridge repair and a ball valve to turn the water to the home off. The bill was $1,268. I was needing to meet a deadline for the repair for an escrow closing. They had me over the barrel. I did the work and then because I really felt like I had been overcharged I checked with a few other licensed bonded and insured plumbers. Mr Rooter charged me 40 to 50% more than the other plumbers charged. They were unresponsive about any adjustment.

Too bad when you buy a product from Mr Rooter the item may be warrantied but there is a nother labor charge to unhook it and take it to be fixed. If I had known it wasn't all one item I would have unscrewed the softener and taken it in myself. $600.00 lesson .

Great service, got what I asked for, replaced angle bracket that didn't fully close under warranty (had them all replaced in 2017). Only 8/10 because of high price ($670 for installing two customer-provided lavatory faucets) but often high price is required for good service..

Main sewage line backup at 11:30pm during a pandemic on a Saturday night. Their tech Ken was our here and fixed the issue right away, very professional, good communication, and the price was beyond fair. I have already recommend MrRooter to 3 friends and which means I only have 1 more friend to tell before all my friends know!

Over the years I have always used Mr. Rooter for service. I have always had great service, polite technicians that were on time and fair prices. We just had a major backup from our sewer line (yes gross!!) and discovered a couple collapsed areas. Louie, Preston and Trenten were awesome making this experience so much easier than it could of been. Preston and Trenten made a temporary fix so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel as well as worked late to get the job completed quicker. The best part of this team was they saved us from having to tear up the courtyard and driveway by replacing our whole sewer line underneath it all. Amazing. Affordable and Polite. Great job guys. I am very new to Mr. Rooter, but I have found them to be very fair priced, took care of my issues in a timely manner and were very polite and easy to talk to. No massive explanations just to the point.

They will not give *any* indication of pricing over the phone. Apparently people are supposed to book half a day off work to wait around for someone to come out to find out if their rates are competitive.

Tyler was courteous, respectful and professional and treated me and our home was with respect. I Will recommend him to any I speak to.

I needed repairs on a Sunday. The answering service was not picking up. The weekend dispatcher was proactive in reaching out to me. Within a couple of hours, Ken had my issue resolved and provided a quote for additional future plumbing needs.

My representative was on time very informative and helpful. I wished he could of helped me with our reverse osmosis but because it is a ge he said he was not allowed to. He did show me where the model number was and suggested I call ge.

I really don't have anything to complain about except the service being a bit pricey. It cost me $245.00 to clean a simple clogged main line that took about 15-20 min. to clear. Other than that, the service was very prompt, courteous and as far as I can tell efficient. I might use them again. If you have a simple clog perhaps you shouldn't all them but if you are in a hurry the price might be worth it.

Terell ( service technician) came out to my house to service my water hose line in my backyard he explained everything thoroughly did an excellent job and gave me some additional pointers for things that I should be replacing before something goes wrong. ?

I was visiting my parents in Scottsdale, AZ and they have had a plumbing problem for years. Mr. Rooter was highly recommended and setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Dan Deid was the plumber who came to the house and he very knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem in one try! We can't thank you enough.

Called these guys to clear my kitchen drain. Was asked for $500 up front, with the technician swaying that if they needed to put a camera down it after, he'd call another guy and have him come at no charge. It seems to me that if I DON'T require the camera then it should be cheaper, right? That's not how they figure it.
Then after he snakes out the drain, her tells me he can't get the trap back together without leaks. He wants to charge me more for new parts and labor to repair what wasn't leaking in the first place. I told Bonn that he broke it and I didn't see why I should pay for it. He said no, it was about to break anyway. I ended up paying over$600 for a job that should have cost $300 max. Never use these guys again.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. They responded quickly and Luis was very good at communicating the entire time letting me know what he was doing and why. Not sure about pricing since I had nothing to compare it to but it seemed reasonable.

We needed two toilets fixed and the tub. Cold water stopped working in the shower.
What was the cause? A tiny plastic ball caught in the pipe. Mr Rooter found and fixed the problem. Way after 9pm and still working hard to fix things so they work correctly. Highly recommend this company. Hard working with great ethics. Thanks Jose

This company was recommended by a colleague and I am very impressed. Although I was not able to fix my drainage problem, Efrain was wonderful and went above and beyond to try to find a solution. Even running out to get additional equipment and come back. Customer service is not lost!!

Called at about 9pm on 3/24/19, and Joseph was there within the 30 minutes they quoted me. He unclogged my lines and had my toilets running clear within 20 minutes of arriving. Jackie called 2 days later to set up the appt to have the camera ran to find the reason for my clogs. All for the ad price of $98.00. The service was fast, great, and priced right.

There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order! Fortunately for me- the service guy arrived & quickly put my mind at ease. He was patient, answering all my questions & worked diligently, determined to find and fix the root cause. We lost water pressure to both bathrooms and the kitchen. I called Mr Rooter after checking the My Guy Referral around 9am. Jill scheduled my appointment for 10-12 that same day, which was very nice. I wasn't expecting same day service. She also called back to let me know Keith was on his way at 10:30. Thanks Jill! Keith was not even here 5 minutes and knew what the problem was. His 1st question, do you have a water softner? I advised yes, but its not hooked up and not working. When I bought the house I was told this so I wasn't concerned. Keith shook his head and said it was hooked up to the water but not plugged in and running and because of this all the resin beads had filtered thru our house and plugged up the pipes. This was not an easy job to fix. Keith went to work rebuilding the insides of the 4 sinks, the 2 toilets, the 2 bathtubs and showers, he had to flush all the pipes to get all the resin beads out, had to put new parts on the water heater and flush the resin beads out of it. He also had to install a new water softener. He was here for several hours each of the 3 days he had to come out. Durring these times he was very professional, courteous, left no mess, and always had a friendly smile. I would definately recommend Keith and Mr Rooter. Job well done!

Had a very difficult clog in my bathroom sink. Two different local plumbers had previously attempted to snake the drain by traditional methods but to no avail. They’d suggested opening the wall, possibly the floor, or hydrojetting the pipes of my older home as my next options. Ryan came on the weekend and to my relief was able to unclog the drain without any of those more expensive alternatives. He was very professional and was answered all my questions. Very glad I called Mr. Rooter!

Had our main sewer line collapse, was informed just part of our aging house's cast iron system. Jason at Mr. Rooter took care of everything from start to finish. Would absolutely use them for anything and everything plumbing related in the future. Excellent work and recommend to all our friends.

We are so thankful for the professional and highly ethical services and care we received from our technician, Kieth Herzog at Mr. Rooter. Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded! If not for Kieth's above and beyond efforts, we would not have been able to enjoy the peace of mind we now have. We very highly recommend Kieth Herzog and Mr. Rooter Plumbing! They showed up as planned. Dan did a great job explaining what needed to be done and did a wonderful job. Was respectful of the home and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Another great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  Tyler came out for our annual hot water heater flush and general maintenance check, everything went well, except our water pressure was showing a very low reading.  Not only did Tyler and Joe, touch base on how to resolve this with the City of Scottsdale, they came back and re-read the meter, as well as rechecked some additional factors that might have been causing the low pressure.  Tyler even offered to come back again to meet the City of Scottsdale rep.

They found the source of the problem and blew out the pipe, clearing it out and our pressure was back to normal!  Both Tyler and Joe really went above and beyond as usual to make sure our experience was nothing but 100%!!!  No other business is comparable! Def recommend!!

I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldn't fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didn't press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone you're happy to have in your home. I'll ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17

This was one of the best service I had in a lone time. The serviceman was a professional and every since of the word keep up the good work. I am sorry about the last review it was all in correct. He did an excellent job.

Technician came out and did not quote price before starting work. He tightened a fastener with one turn of a wrench on the city side of the meter and the leak was fixed. Even though he stated me nor the company should touch the city side. Asked him what I owed him and after 10 minutes on his tablet he csme back with a 250 plus dollar bill. Horrible experience with this company. Will use another company on Google search next time I need a service.

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.

We called the day after Thanksgiving. We had a clogged main drain. One place we called didn't want to be bothered said they would have to charge extra for holiday weekend. So we called Mr Roofer and Rafael #245 was out in 15 minutes and within an hour the drain was cleared. He gave us alot of tips. Took his time explaining and showed us pictures of inside our drains. Very helpful and courteous. Got his business card cause we will definately call him again for any future problems and to tell our friends about.

Awesome service!! Even threw in some extra work on some initially unnoticed issues for free. About $400 cheaper for the same work vs Stirling Plumbing. They did all the work in one day, literally, 8AM to 8PM plus two hours the next day, while Stirling just did two things in the two hour time slot. The bathroom leak appeared to have bee happening for some time (had all the emergency valves replaced and not just the leaking one because none of them worked) and he helped get hooked up with the mold people and helped him make the initial insurance interactions a breeze

I called Mr Rooter this morning and by 12pm they not only came out but took care of the clogged kitchen sink too!! and gave me some estimates regarding other issues that could be problems in the future. I very much appreciate Austin Rodgers’ customer service! Would highly recommended Austin and this company! Thank you!

I had called Parker Brothers they were not going to come out for over 24 hours (I HAD NO WATER MAIN VALVE HAD BEEN TURN OFF TO HOUSE, AND STUCK ON OFF ) I called the answering service with in 5 minutes Joe called back and in 90 minutes someone was there and it was fixed 90 minutes it was fixed .

Plumbers were courteous. Since the first post I found several mistakes 3 flanges either to far from wall to low or to high, vent not hooked up. They ruined two floors and got the whole house filthy and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes without extreme pressure from me. Except for the ruined floors and all the dust/dirt throughout the house. They tried to use short cuts in fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are good attitudes. Management at Mr rooter is terrible. Mr. Rooter did not step up with all they ruined and tore apart from their mistakes. Mark tryed to put the blame on bad vent and said even though they cut it if it was broken/cracked it wasn't their fault. When it came to a vent not hooked up he left and called back to finally admit it was their mistake. It fixing the vent pipe set the flang at 14 inch rough in wasn't the correct height had to be jack hammered out 3 times and still got it wrong. Put 4 holes in bedroom wall and 2 in bathroom to find leak when all but him said the leak was under stool and tub area. Even it was all on them they never said they would fix what they tore apart. When they get a good review they acknowledge it but never get back to the ones with problems. Poor management on their part. Would not recommend them to do your plumbing. Donnie was not up front on his dealings with the customers.

On time, efficient, respectful. Dan Dein did a great job! I would recommend him for any plumbing needs. I would ask for Dan again if I had a plumbing project.

I can sum it up as honest quality professional service at a competitive price. Very satisfied customer!

We have called Mr. Rooter several times to repair some plumbing issues. Keith H is the one we like most because he was always come on time and did his job on timely manner . He is very polite and knowledgeable in answering our questions.

Parker came out, accurately assessed the problem in our laundry room, and repaired it beautifully. Would give five stars for the repair and customer care. However, the price was more than we had anticipated.

Mr Rooter Plumbing has an amazing staff. Danny Try was the one that gave a quote and open the request service. He gave a very reasonable price and he was the one that remove the faucets, garbage disposal and the R.O system. Unfortunattely Dani had to go home to take care some personal issues and Dan Dein was the one that put my sink back and install new faucet, new garbage disposal and the R.O system. Both very professional, know what they are doing and very patient. Dan even said that my new faucet looks used. He commented twice and when he tested it, there was a hole in the cord. He patiently said: easy fix. Can you go to the store and get a new cord. He wait patiently and did an awesome job checking and re checking that there was no leaks. I recomend both Dan and Dany . We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing early Sunday morning, for a clogged toilet, and Parker showed up within 1/2 hour. We give him an A++ rating for being efficient, professional, and friendly‼️

Currently in the middle of replacing my pipes... So far this week they haven’t been on time but one time for the time slot that they gave me. I am currently without use of any drains and any toilets since yesterday afternoon. This was never supposed to be an issue but assured me it would be fixed this morning when they were supposed to be here. Currently past noon and still no one here... No respect for others time and needs. This has been a horrible experience to say the least

Eric came on a service call on Sunday to fix a pump extractor. This turned into a whole bunch of projects I needed to do, and some he discovered as we went along (leaks, etc).

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and never gave up on a really challenging project - where three other plumbers did not want to go there. He got it to function until we can get parts that were discontinued.

I had some rust on a tub which I thought was related to pipes but Dave came out and said it wasn't the pipes but it was related to the bathtub rusting. He offered what type of company can fix the rust but he also he also offered some suggestions to DYI on the cheap too. I wouldn't have known otherwise and it's really refreshing to work with a company that's trustworthy. They even came out without a service charge. This company is on my virtual roladex when I have a true plumbing issue.

Problem diagnosed, measurements taken, price agreed on in 15 minutes. Dan Dein has the entire job complete in 3 hours from show up to driving away. I have hot water in less then 45 mins. The work resulted in a cleared sewer line. Good. The technician (Steve) was pleasant to talk to. Good. I understood someone with a camera would be coming later to inspect the line, but I haven't seen or heard from this person (perhaps it occurred when I wasn't home...?).

I had a tall thin water heater. Installer failed to measure cabinet and brought a short fat water heater. When I asked him about it, he said the tall ones are for RV's only. . It did not fit in the gas water heater closet and the door would not close on it. The boy said it will just have to be that way. I went to home depot and asked them and they laughed and said no, the tall ones are for homes and by the way a water heater that dies not fit and does not allow the door to close is a code violation. I called Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept and they said yes it is a code violation. I have left a message with Mr. Rooter to see what they will do. Will call Maricopa County Planning & Development Dept again if they do not correct with the proper large heater.

They installed a kitchen sink that required underneath attach to granite. They do support work and craftmanship!

Office staff took my call after hours, and technician Scott called me that night and was out the very next morning. On time, professional, talked me through what he was doing for repair and was thorough.

BEWARE! If you call to schedule a septic pump out, they may pass you off to another company and not tell you. We called to confirm our appointment a few hours prior and were told we didn't have an appointment with them. Then looking at the books they saw that they had passed us off to another company which was much lower rated...We even had the Mr. Rooter tech come out to check our valve 10 days prior! When you choose a company based on ratings, I expect to get that company! Too much to ask????
