I appreciate the communication level from their jovial office staff, as well as the technicians, always letting me know how soon they will arrive. The technicians always present well, are professional, and are very educated in their field. I love that they explained all of my options, letting me make the best of informed choices. We recently had Daniel P come out to fix a shower leak we had. He called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he would be there and was on time. He was polite and did an excellent job with our shower repairs. We have had other plumbing companies come to offer quotes and perform service in the past and Custom Plumbing's prices are more than fair compared to others. He also took the time to answer other questions I had about plumbing in other parts of the home. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend and look forward to using Custom Plumbing in the future!

Plumbing Specialist Jesus Beltran came to our house to repair a broken pipe to the toilet. He was excellent! He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.

Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

They were on time and professional, had good communication, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend for any plumbing work.

Honestly, I wish I could leave a good review for these guys. They showed up quickly and they were nice, but maybe a little too nice. They insisted that what needed to be done to unclog our drain was a massive undertaking that would require multiple guys and roughly 6 hours of work. They gave me a quote for $2,900 and insisted that was a discount because usually it’s $4,000. I initially agreed to it because I was so frazzled but after they left I made a few calls and received multiple quotes for a fraction of the price, as in $700 maximum for the same scope of work (other companies also insisted that what they were saying needed to be done was absurd). Luckily I called my father who has always cared for our family properties and he encouraged me to buy some $10 plumbers balloon from a hardware store and give it a try. It worked. And it’s been over three months with zero issues. I would highly recommend you get alternate quotes prior to agreeing to any significant work with them.
