Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

I have used Anthony's Plumbing for several years now for all my plumbing problems. Last year they install a new water heater at my home.
They usually send the same service provider Eric, as he was came here again recently for a water heater issue.
Prices are affordable and service is great.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

I had Cooper drain my septic in my 5th wheel . He was there 15 minutes but didn't clean it completely. He said he did but didn't. Then three days latter same thing . Plus he said he didn't have change so I just have him 5 twenty . The receptionist was rude as hell and said if I wanted it done again it would be another 90 $. Never call them again .

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

Louie and Fernando Campos were fabulous!! They were very professional and happily educated us on the different problems we were having.They were hard workers and did everything they could to assist us in a timely manner.Kevin came out to help run the camera into the pipes and he was also a great help in everything he did during his visit. We will gladly recommend these three for help with plumbing needs.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.
