We were very happy with how easy the whole process was to replace our old unit. We met with Zeb for our quote, we already had met with other reps from other a/c providers. Penguin Air & Plumbing, they beat the best quotes and gave us a better package.This was on Thursday night. Monday morning a two man crew showed up and about six hours later they were done. They were efficent professionals they cleaned up afterwards. They explained and showed me with pictures from his phone what they did. Thank you Penguin Air for doing a great job. David and Anna

Technician Wes was awesome. On initial estimate visit, he identified all the potential issues with my installations and determined that outside water shut off for entire condo building would be needed due to frozen under sink valve. This allowed me a day to get condo management approval and notification time for the shutoff. He also noted need for pieces that were not sold with my new units, and arrived with all on appointment day.

Louis did a great job. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

ProSkill did a full replacement of one of our heating/cooling units. They guys were on time, worked continually for 8 hours, cleaned up, and did an overall excellent job. They were friendly and courteous and made sure that we understood everything, including the new controller and its associated app. We have used ProSkill for many years at 2 separate homes and we have always been pleased with their service and quality of work. We won't be going to anyone else for our needs anytime soon!

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.

I'm sure they normally don't forget to put orders in, but in my case I called with an urgent order that needed to be done the next day, they said no problem by 11 or 12. I go to pick it up at 3pm and that's when I'm informed that the gentleman forgot to put my order in so my drain pan never got made...they did try their best to remedy the situation by calling other vendors, unfortunately it was for a tour group that was only going to be in town that one night. So just make sure you double check on your order to make sure it made it to the shop floor.

TERRIBLE!!! Charged me $345 for 15 minutes of work... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. ROBBERY!!!! Tested a gas line for the pool... 15 minutes...

There was a little confusion as to whether I would be home in the morning or not. We got that straightened out and technician Paul came in the early afternoon. He did a thorough job of checking my system out and washing my condenser coils. He has serviced my unit before and is a very courteous and efficient technician.

We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
