DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged my credit card without approval while never providing a written estimate. They charged $900 for less than 5 hours of labor and a $45 part repair. A complete scam and should not be trusted.

Alex and Cole at Moon Valley Plumbing did a great job addressing a sewer line break at our house. They were prompt, responsive, and communicated efficiently with our insurance company to make sure all repairs were covered. Throughout the process, they communicated every detail to us and made sure we understood what was happening and how the fix would help us long term. We would highly recommend Moon Valley for any plumbing need.

We used Custom plumbing of Arizona to upgrade our plumbing in our bathrooms. They were awesome and provided excellent results. Johnny and his assistants were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when they left. Johnny made suggestions for our bathroom remodel that I hadn't thought of and I used! We would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Very responsive company. I live out of state and had a leak in our outside pipes in the front - going all the way down our street. They had a guy out to our house within an hour and fixed it that evening.

Complete replacement of commercial sewer system underneath a 40 year old building. 16 holes inside the building. On time, on budget, and well done. Can't say enough about these guys.

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Alec came out to give me an estimate regarding electrical work to connect a washer/dresser. The office called to see if today was a good day for Alex to come here vs tomorrow. Which was better for me. Was told he would be here within an hour which he was. He even called when he was five minutes away which was great. I found Alec to be very professional and willing to answer all my questions in a courteous manner. I was impressed with his knowledge regarding the wiring in and out of the electrical box, and he was extremely great explaining everything to me. I will rate Alec a ten because he just did not give me a cut and dry estimate. The estimate details went above and beyond what would be expected. Very detailed and easily understood. There are a few things on my end that I need to figure out plus the plumber will be here tomorrow to explain what needs to me done there and hopefully by the end of the week I will give the okay to start the work.

Dug up and repaired Sewer line that had roots growing into it. The Second Opinion team is the best in the Valley!
