Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Jordan came to my house the same night I called Hobaica. That is the 1st time that ever happened. Usually have to wait 3 to 4 days. He is the best Tech I have ever had! He was on his way to another call and left here at 12:00 a.m. He should be commended for caring about the customers and doing a great job

They were over an hour late for the HVAC appointment with no notice. Upsold me on equipment I didn't need as well. Luckily I held off and got 2 other inspections and both said I was being sold unnecessary equipment. Asked to speak to a manager and haven't had anyone reach out to me. I will not be using them for any future services.

Brett came for my plumbing appointment and was professional, on time, and knowledgeable.

They did our recent AC install and just came back out following the storm last Sunday to make sure the compressors were good following the lightning storm. These guys are so professional and customer friendly It’s a pleasure to work with them

Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

Keith came in for the two-three week inspection after the work was completed. He spent time looking over everything, running tests on the units and then reset all back to normal operating mode. Great work.

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Larry was amazing in fixing our unit down on progressions at Sunwest Choice and Rehab. He stayed late and finished the job. Super professional and honest and was able to save my faculty about 5 grand. Thank you 911 and Larry I will be using you guys again in the future!!
