I had a water main break at the water meter. I call them and they sent Eddy out asap. He was able to shut off the fountain of water shooting out of my yard. He was able to fix the break and upgrade the hardware. I was impressed with his professionalism and work. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I had two other minor plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. He was able to do them both while he was there. Eddy was friendly, and explained everything ahead of time. The quote was perfect, no hidden fees. I will be recommending this company to family. I have peace of mind knowing I have a plumbing company available 24/7.

We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged my credit card without approval while never providing a written estimate. They charged $900 for less than 5 hours of labor and a $45 part repair. A complete scam and should not be trusted.

Option One and Derrik are the best! They know what they're doing, are professional, know some tricks that the others don't, and don't give up easily. They also don't push the hard sell for digging up all your sewer lines like many others do. Option One is my go-to for these kind of problems.

Peerless was referred to me by a friend who had used them to fix a sewer pipe issue utilizing the NuDrain trenchless repair system. I had just completed renovating a 4-plex before realizing the sewer pipes needed to be replaced. The sewer issues were an immediate problem when occupants moved in.



I set an appointment up with Peerless and they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution (NuDrain trenchless repair). Peerless ended up doing a phenomenal job. After starting the job, they ran into an unforeseen issue that was quite out of the ordinary with the way the sewer lines had been repaired in the past. This issue required them to replace a fitting that

was several feet down underneath the vanity of one of our our newly renovated units. Any other contractor or plumber would have needed the vanity removed creating quite a mess and cost. But the Peerless guys went in and completed what I would have thought an impossible task, working with the vanity in place. In 48 hours, they repaired everything as if they had never been in there. These guys are pros.



Not only that, there was no change order for the work that was outside of their original scope. The level of customer service, competency, and communication is top notch. I’ll be using them again.
