My husband and I purchased a home warranty when we bought our new home. We have had a few plumbing issues in the last year and always waited for Old Republic to assign someone for service.

The plumbing issues we've encountered involved raw sewage in our guest bathroom tub. Our drain line was clogged and required being rotored out. The first company they sent out told me that they couldn't find our clean outs and that our warranty didn't cover him going through the roof. He said he would do it by removing our toilet in the guest bathroom and use that pipe. The gentleman did not use any gloves and left... brown fingerprints... throughout the work area. Needless to say, I bleached my entire house after he left and told ORHW never to send him out again.

Fast forward to Thanksgiving, and the problem occured again. The company sent out Anthony's Plumbing. From the get go, Jennifer, Eric and Mark were incredibly helpful. Jennifer called and let us know before Eric was to arrive. He came in and determined our warranty DOES cover going through the roof since we had purchased the extra coverage. He rotored it and left.

A week later, the same problem occured. This time, Jennifer had Mark come out to our home. Mark was able to determine that the cause of the blockage was roots in our sewage drain where it connected to the city line. . . six feet below ground. He used a camera to pinpoint the exact location. My husband and I were able to get the majority of the hole dug where he needed to be before he arrived.

When Mark got there, he was a machine. He got the area cleared out and ready to replace within an hour. All in all, he was able to get the area replaced (including having to get parts) and the hole filled in again in just a few hours. The price was exceptionally reasonable. He was friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. Our home warranty did not cover the replacement, but we felt comfortable going through Anthony's Plumbing to complete the repair due to the exceptional service that we received from all of the staff, especially Mark.

My service man was Rick. He arrived met with me and went got busy after explaining exactly what he is going to do and the cost. Pumped our tank and dry well. Took the time necessary to make sure it was clean. After he was done and cleaned up you can't tell he was ever here. Could not have had a better person. Great job Rick. Thank you. Thank you reddi. Your company is professional starting when you answered the phone. What a pleasure dealing with real you guys. Thank you guys. I will use you guys for my plumbing needs.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Jesse restored my faith in plumbers when the first plumber I hired left within 5 minutes because he was allergic to cats. Thankfully, Rooter Rangers came and did a marvelous job. I will definitely use them for any plumbing job in the future. And when people like Jesse take the time to explain what they are doing, it makes a lot of difference. Thank you. Jesse.

Called them at 10:30pm on Thursday night concerned I may have an emergency. Was told it would be $250 Just to come out. Scheduled an appointment for the next day instead, thinking I would fair better. Was given am appointment window of 3pm-5pm the next day. Left work early today to accommodate this appointment and was told a tech would call me 30 minutes before he arrived.No call from any tech.Tech did not show up for the appointment at all.Oh well....next.When people show you who they are, believe them.

I utilized Bumble Bee to fix my kitchen faucet. Javier was the specialist who provided my service and he was amazing! First off, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was knowledgeable about the products needed to fix my faucet, very understanding of me wanting to keep my Delta faucet (and not purchase a new one). He went above and beyond to contact Delta, ordered the parts needed and will be returning to continue the job once my parts arrive! All smiles the entire visit! I extremely impressed!
