Best Slab Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

I had a bad water leak from an outside hose bib on the house. It's an old house and was the turning knob kind and I wanted to get it replaced with a ball valve or what I call a lever kind. Anyway, I called around and nobody could come out the same day or I was getting pretty high quotes for it. My whole house water was shutoff so I needed same-day. I kept going down the list and came upon Robins and talked to a very nice person over the phone who I later found out is Stephanie and she was able to send out someone in an hour which was to my surprise. She also gave me a quote over the phone for it and it was the cheapest out of anyone else that did offer me a quote over the phone. She had Grant come out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work and was able to finish it very quickly. When he was done, he made sure it was done to my satisfaction and yes it was. Actually, it was better than I had hoped since he was able to put a small extension on to make it more convenient to use. I was very happy. He also went over all kinds of information while we stood by the bib to make sure there were no other issues.All I can say is this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company and I was very satisfied with the work and care they took. I will definitely be using Robin's Plumbing again and recommending them to everyone. Grant was the best. Thank you so much.fyi...I posted my same review on yelp too.

Lou was so great to let us know exactly what he was doing and why! It was really nice to better understand the problem and the logic behind fixing it. I will definitely continue to call them when problems pop up.

We discovered a leak in our outside water service line Thursday evening. We called Service Line Warrantee company, with whom we have insurance coverage for this kind of thing. They selected a contractor who was supposed to call us on Friday to set up an appointment for no later than Monday. Having received no call, we called Service Line Saturday morning, not really expecting anything to happen over the weekend. They were extremely responsive and switched our job to a different contractor, Moon Valley plumbing. Literally within five minutes, I had received a text giving me a two hour window later on Saturday during which I should expect their technician. Five minutes after that I got a phone call to make sure I got the text. 15 minutes after that I got a call directly from the technician, Jerry Turner to talk about the problem and make sure he had what he needed for the job and to ask if it was OK to come over earlier than expected. I was thrilled that we would be able to get a diagnosis today and hoped that repair would be possible by Monday. Jerry checked everything out, got right on the phone with the insurance company, got authority to proceed immediately rather than having us wait and our water was back on within the hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional and instilled confidence that he really knew what he was doing. If we need more work through our home warranty coverage, we will be requesting this company and if we need something we don’t have coverage for, it is good to know of a local plumbing company that we can be comfortable calling ourselves.

Travis was great he fixed the problem took his time to make sure it was done right. He answered all my questions, was an amazing experience will definitely be using them again.

Benjamin Franklin Plumming tried to sale a hot water heater to 90 year old senior citizen with mild dementia. Extremely high price gouging for the hot water heater. Visit Home Depot and/or Lowe’s. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I’m calling calling our property management.

Have never used this business!!

Seem nice enough, but their bid was astronomical. Their plumbing bid was almost as much as the 2 other bids I received for the entire job. The other 2 bids included electrical, drywall, tile, and paint, as well as plumbing.

Make sure to get other bids!

I have a very positive review of Option one. Derrick was my technician and he was well qualified and a very nice person. I got a new water heater along with a new faucet and new insides for my toilets. Derrick was polite and cleaned up everything. 5 stars for you. I will recommend Option One Plumbing. We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

Honestly, I was dreading calling around to find a company, I called 4 prior and actually scheduled an appointment with another company to then cancel and then decided call the last one I had on my list, Cobra. So happy I did, so friendly on the phone, they were able to come same day and immediately because I was home with 2 little ones and water off due to the leak. First time using them and will never have to call around again! Friendly, courtesy, respectful, felt like family!

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.
