I wa quoted 700% higher than another plumber to run a grill gas line from an existing gas connect 24 feet, the site I got your number from stated do not pay too much to run a gas line for your grill, I had it done by another on the same site for less than 25% of your quote. The site said it should not be more than $25 a linear foot you wanted $175 a linear foot. Absolutely absurd. And the reasoning coming from Anthony was as absurd. Horrible experience, but glad I was able to get it done by a competitor of yours.

Jorge Prieto-Moran provided EXCELLENT service tonight and I am so glad I chose this company to get the job done. First of all, they were able to respond on very short notice and are able to work hours other providers are not always able to without additional charges so we can all keep at our day jobs. Jorge was so polite, professional and, oh by the way, was very efficient getting the job done clearing my kitchen sink and garbage disposal! Not only that, but he also went the extra mile afterward to call me over and show me how he went about fixing it in case I decide to become a handyman myself! As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I rarely give a 5-star rating but Nu Flow has earned it. From the initial contact through the completion of the project, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and courteous. If you are faced with disintegrating cast iron pipe in your house you owe it to yourself to contact Nu Flow and have them educate you on their product/service so you can determine what is best for you.

Do not use these plumbers. They couldn't fix my simple drain problem. THE WORST 49.95 I have ever spent. They only got the main line to drain slowly, the first time and I asked they continue to snake it since it was clearly not fully resolved. They had only spent about 10minutes working on the issue and were only in a hurry to get out of there. They tried to upsell me and pressure me into camera's and water hoses and more drain cleaning that was completely unnecessary. They ONLY give you a 2 week guarantee for a reason. because 17 days after they had barely fixed my issue, it came back to haunt me, and of course, when I called, the girl offered no help except to speak to the tech, who, of course, never called. So, I called another plumber to come out for $60 and they fixed the issue, thoroughly. No upsell, no pressure, a job well done. I just hope nobody else has to have the same bad experience and cause massive headaches over this.

Micheal did a fantastic job, always on time, informed you of all updates just very straightforward people great quality. We had other repairs added and Micheal had the job done a day earlier then he had estimated.
