Best Shower Installation in Phoenix AZ

I called at 9:40 a.m. on a Friday morning and by 12:40 p.m. I had a new water heater installed. Very fast and efficient. Was not as expensive as I was expecting based on average price range for water heater replacement in Phoenix. My technician was Tom and he wasn't preachy or condescending. He explained the issue, my options and got the job done. It was the ideal home service experience.

Great service everytime!! Diamondback pluming has helped us more then once and two were after hours and on a holiday! They are fair on price and I would recommend them to anyone who is having plumbing, water heater issues ???

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

Did not complete the job and repair requested -spent 3 hours fixing faucet valve that broke did not work after repairman left - tried to contact and would not guarantee or warranty the work that had been done would not recommend this company

Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

Martin was great. He was patient explaining exactly what needed to be done without pressuring for an immediate response. He provided options and pricing clearly. If I could have rated him with a 10, I would have done so. Will ask foe him again should we need your service in the future!

And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

Rooter Hero was very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to replace our sewer pipes! Not a project a homeowner ever wants to deal with, they made it as easy on us as possible! Took extra care to explain exactly what they would be doing and protected our house from any more damage than necessary. All the guys were very pleasant and worked full days in 100 degree weather to complete the job as promised! I will be call them again if I ever need any service they provide!!

Simon responded to my message within minutes. Came out within a few hours and had every fixed right away. So grateful for finding this guy. He kept everything so clean and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!
