Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. While facing a major plumbing issue in our home and we called Blue Plumbers for help. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide us with a quote for the repairs. I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. They did the work needed and left. We had to call them back twice, but each time they came back without any complaints. They did not put us off, complain or appear annoyed at any time. The last time they actually waited around a bit to make sure everything was good. Thank you for being friendly, professional and fairly priced. We will call again if needed.

We've been using Belsito Plumbing for our residential & commercial needs for years & they're THE BEST. Hands down. Their customer service reps are friendly & informative. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgable, punctual, patient (my husband asks A LOT of questions) & honest. We had a slow drain that was backing up in the sink. The washing machine backed up a couple of times , as well. Brent came over, took a look at what was going on and went to work.

He cleaned out our line, treating our 60-year-old pipes with care as he sent his power snake to work. Brent was efficient, clean at the point of the cleanout (the pipe was gummed up with a petroleum-like substance), and triple-checked to make sure the problem has solved.

Brent made a point of explaining what he was doing, what I could expect from that line in the future, and told me how best to maintain these aging pipes.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. Very punctual and professional and addressed my needs as well as an estimate for recommended work at a future time. Thank you for your help, I would not hesitate to use again for big or small job.

On a Saturday evening, I had water coming out of the cleanouts in the front yard and Isaac came to check it out. He was able to get water flowing enough for us to use toilets/faucets for the evening and then came back on Sunday with a camera to see what was causing the blockage. A huge root ball had grown into the sewer line blocking most of the water flow. Isaac and Casey worked all day Monday and Tuesday to dig 8 feet to the sewer line, dig out the root, repair the line, and put all of the dirt and rocks back. They were incredibly friendly and did such good work, it looks like nothing ever happened. They also did a few extra plumbing jobs around the house for no extra charge while they were here. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have used them for awhile now had an array of repairs completed. Service is great, things get fixed, I’d be lost without the technicians, everyone is pleasant. I appreciate the technicians who deal with my crazy old house. I am NOT a fan of the multiple confirmations. I made an appointment this week, they called to confirm the day after I made my appointment to remind me of it the day after. I received a call they were coming the morning before, and have called me at least two times since they left to be sure I was ok. I work nights and overnights and have asked that they not contact me pretty much ever after the appointment is made, but every appointment it’s the same thing. rest assured if there’s a problem, I’d stop using you or tell you but either would be obvious since they are here at least quarterly (I have a unique house set up with different structures on a large lot, there’s always something).

Mister Rooter did an excellent job replacing our drain piping. From start to finish, they provided excellent service. Cris and Joe, the field supervisors, were transparent from the very beginning, explaining to us what the problem is, and what needs to be done. They were professional, courteous, and had our best interest in mind throughout the job. Terrill and his crew worked very hard, and did an outstanding job. They kept us informed throughout the process, and always accommodated so that it was as least inconvenient as possible. It's amazing how much work they did in such a short amount of time. Everyone from the workers to the supervisors were professional and courteous. I felt at ease knowing they were on the job. The way we were treated is an example of how to serve customers.
