Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

So impressed with the service. When my hot water heater stopped working, they were able to send someone out to my home within hours. The technician who arrived was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining my hot water heater in the future.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

Before I chose a plumber I read a lot of reviews online and I was impressed with Anthony’s. After having them come out, I completely understand why people are so happy with them. It all started with the super cool text message stating our plumber was coming, a little about him, and a picture! Our plumber, Lupe, then showed up and was the picture of professionalism, knowledge, and he was so personable. He thoroughly answered all our questions and we were very happy with his work (fixed some faucet issues, installed a water softener, and reverse osmosis). I want to be the first to say I almost judged a book by its cover, when I saw how young the two guys were in my head I was thinking no way these guys know what they are doing boy was I wrong and learned a valuable lesson, not only were they good but they were efficient and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly! I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

My AC was leaking pretty bad. Used my Home Warranty first. The tech came over on two different days and the problem still wasn't fixed. The tech they sent didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Reddi Services was recommended by a friend. Gave them a call. They came on a SUNDAY which really surprised me! No extra charge! Chris G., the tech they sent over knew exactly what the problem was. He was in and out in less than an hour and showed us what he did. Turned out it was a clogged condensation pipe. He was also very friendly and courteous! AC is working beautifully! Was expecting to pay a small fortune for the work but was a LOT less than I expected! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Reddi Services! I will DEFINITELY recommend you to anyone who has a plumbing or AC problem! Nice to know there is still good and courteous customer service!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

AWESOME! It was a weekend, of course, and our entire house was backed up. The first plumbing company came out and they were convinced that we had to dig up our entire yard to fix the problem... a $3,000+ estimate. Then we called Cooper's...not only did they come out promptly on a Saturday morning, they didn't kill us with 'extra' charges for a weekend visit...and FIXED the problem in less than an hour! They will have our business forever!

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Super quick service, which is important in managing vacation rentals. A tech was out to the condo within two hours. Casey’s communication was excellent. Turns out the repair was a couple thousand dollars of work which was covered by the home warranty so I was unfortunately not able to have Rooter Ranger perform the repair. Casey was very understanding, and there was no fee for the service call. Rooter Ranger will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing emergencies.

When I discovered a continuing leak from a facet outside of my house, I called Bumble Bee Plumbing. They sent a serviceman, Adrian, out to my house that very day! I found his service to be very professional, and polite. I also found him to be very personable! He explained everything available to me in very clear terms, which were considerable!! I definitely will be using Bumble Bee Plumbing in the future, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Very professional and friendly service. Resolved / replaced our old cast iron clogged and separated main drain line in a timely manner. With their modern equipment and competent plumbers they were able to complete the job quickly and correctly, even in the heat of Arizona's summer. Devon Daniel and his helpers were considerate and informative during the diagnostic and repair of our plumbing needs. Their repair cost was fair and they were understanding of our financial circumstance. I would not hesitate to call them for any of our plumbing needs.
