From the jump I was happy. They came out to give me a free estimate and Terry and Marquese educated me on how to make my water heater last longer before selling me anything. They advised me on how to save money by getting some of the parts myself. They did not overcharge me or try too hard to upsell me on additional products/services and ended up being half the cost of other plumbers that I reached out to. On the day of service I was their last job so I got pushed back after the scheduled time but they still came and were extremely professional and took care of the job like pros efficiently and effectively. I will definitely reach back out for my future plumbing needs.

I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. We so appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber company and Troy Greenwood.

Price gauging at its finest. Very professional technician but value for their services was absurd. $270 to pull the toilet on and off, amounts to roughly 5 mins of work. A job I could have done myself if asked. Good work, ridiculously over charged, won’t use again.

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

Plumbing Professionals with great customer service. I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them.
