12/2020 Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a company from start to finish! Jason the sales representative was great ! He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. They installed surge protectors for both the AC and Furnace and installed a new thermostat too. The customer service was also outstanding! I've already recommend them to all my friends!Their prices are better then Parker & Sons and unlike Parker and Sons they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me a more exspensive unit then I needed . Highly Recommend!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐4/6/2022 5 STARS ! Another great experience with Day & Night thanks to Matthew the plumbing specialist from Day& Night. He came out for my Water heaters annual service. I have their VIP service plan that covers both my water heater and AC. Matthew B. Was fantastic & did a great job! He drained my water heater checked all it's valves and checked all the faucets,toilets and water shut off valves inside the house too. He gave me a replacement price to replace a few valves that were frozen. Matthew called to let me know how soon he would be arriving was punctual, professional & funny! I loved his southern charm and his southern sayings too! He explained what need to be done and sent me an estimate to replace the valves to my email. Thanks for wearing booties in the house too! Highly recommend their VIP service plan. Thanks to the customer service people too for always being friendly,helpful and professional!

These guys are outstanding. I own a construction company and wish I could hire employees like they have. Courteous, hard working and very professional. The install took a bit longer due to hard time getting unit into attic but they were determined to get it all done in same day. They brought in 2 more techs to help make that happen. Install took until 9:30 pm but nobody complained. They just busted their butts and got the job done. Well done!!

Patrick Riley’s technician, Johnathon, did a great job. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the functioning of a reverse osmosis system I wanted installed. He went great lengths to explain what was needed to get the job done. He did not rush me to make a decision. I will be using Johnathon in the future. Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.
