Best Sewer Line Replacement in Phoenix AZ

After experiencing our 3rd leak, we decided to replace the plumbing under our sink. Our plumbing project was completed by Jason, and by the looks of it, it appears to be a real quality job. Time will tell.The reason for 4-stars and not 5 is due to the disconnect in the appointment setting. I am not certain if there is a personal issue between personnel (Kerwin and Jason), but in our case there was a lack of inter-office communication, which was just a bit irritating for us to manage. Get your office poop in a group and let the work shine through!UPDATE 7/2018: Project still holding up great!

I am happy I found Belsito Plumbing. Everyone needs to have a good plumber they can trust and rely on. Roger handled my work order was highly experienced and knowledge. He fixed my hot water issues and installed a new water softener. They are affordable and friendly. Great job.

Unfortunately we cannot give them more stars based on the fact that they were not able to come out for the emergency service, as they advertise they provide, that we requested.We called at 11pm and were told someone would call us within 5 minutes. We waited about 30 minutes. Just to be told they can call us back in the morning to tell us what time they can come out the next morning. We were told they could not give us a time at the moment. So, not 24 hour service?We then recieved a call the next morning stating that they could come by between 1pm-5pm.Why then would you advertise your company as 24 hour service? Emergency or not if the client requests for you to come out asap I would expect a business to accommodate that request.As for customer service, they were nice. I just hope they wouldn't advertise that they come out 24 hour if they are not willing to...............Hi Steve, in response to your offer of a discount. I have not had anyone reach out to us. with that said I appreciate the effort. We found another company that was willing to accommodate us within 30 minutes of calling them. Everything is taken care of and in working order.

Anthony is a great guy and very knowledgable. He knew exactly how to fix the problem. I recommend him highly!

Corri came out on a Sunday to give an estimate on installing a bathroom faucet. He was on time, very professional and polite. He worked with us on a fair price. We let him install the faucet for us and could not have been happier. We would definitely use Corri again should any plumbing issues arise. Thank you Corri for a job well done!

These guys are amazing! I called them today about an issue I was having and bomb scheduled an appointment same day! Not only that but they informed me the plumber would be coming between 1pm and 6pm. So like always I thought I would be waiting all day but nope! They had someone on the way within an hour of me calling. I could not have be happier! Thank you!

On their website, I was able to book my appointment. That made me a bit nervous as I didn’t get to speak with a live person. I was pleasantly surprised when within 10 minutes of booking online a representative called me to go over my issue and confirm a technician. When Daniel arrived he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options and kept me up to date on his progress. Pricing was very fair considering the work that had to be done. Daniel was great and would definitely use this company again!

They charged my Mom (age 75) $500 for a new garbage disposal! To make things worse they forgot to turn the water back on to the dishwasher and messed up the drain line to the point where it no longer will run. The dishwasher is only two years old. The guy came back out and turned on the water but said the dishwasher was broken and that he doesn't work on appliances. AND THEN HE LEFT!



Unbelievable. Stay clear of these guys unless you want crappy overpriced service and someone who likes to take advantage of seniors and break stuff.

Simon and his brother, Alex, came out today to repair our shower valve and replace our kitchen faucet. They were prompt, and very professional. Simon showed me what was wrong with our shower valve and why he used the particular replacement part he chose. I really appreciated that. I have a better understanding of what we have and why it is worth keeping and simply repairing it (rather than replacing it). I have had another plumber in the past, but he was too busy to come out. Simon was busy too, but got us onto his schedule quickly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and care for our job. I recommend Simon without hesitation.

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. Great experience through our home warranty. Javier, our technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have an honest company fix what was actually needed and nothing more.

Asa plumbing was wonderful to deal with - they installed a new water heater. Very professional and cleans up after himself - great and honest
