I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

I appreciated that Mark Johnstone arrived on time and explained every thing that needed to be done in a friendly and experienced way. He is a very nice young man and knows what he is talking about. I would recommend Mark and Anthony's plumbing to all my friends and family. Anthony's plumbing is lucky to have such a knowledgeably young man as Mark.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across Hero. She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge shout out to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about Hero Home Services

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

On the most recent, the plumbers who actually did the job (John and Chad) were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing under somewhat difficult circumstances.

Brent Sanderson @ Reddi Services came recommended from a friend. We have our go-to plumber we use, however, couldn't get to us with scheduling quickly, so I called Reddi. The scheduling was available next day (not expecting this). Brent came right on time. Thoroughly listened to the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. He also provided long term maintenance suggestions to help keep the problem at bay (rusty old cast iron pipes!) Brent was also super friendly and enjoyed our non-plumbing conversation. Would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Daniel, Mario, Jose, Rodger and Jordan or Jared were absolutely tremendous excellent professional and friendly workers. They did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful to me. I couldn't have asked for better workers in and out of my house for the two weeks that they were working on my sewer system. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I’ll never use this company again. I had them replace my garbage disposal. First time they came it wasn’t installed right. Second time they forgot to remove the plug that goes to the dish washer and I ended up lightly flooding my kitchen. 6 months later it stopped working. I called them to check it out possibly replace it and I was told “ it’s not under warranty anymore and I would have to pay for a brand new one”. Save your money and find someone else

This company should be ashamed of itself. They wanted to charge $1700 just to hook up my kitchen sink- that was already installed. All they had to do was attach lines from dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal as well as put 2 new lines coming from wall valves. Maybe an hr to 2 max job. $1700!! That should be illegal, and I feel bad that people that don't know better would pay that. We went with a different licensed plumber, and he did the job for $500- and in amount, besides hooking up the sink, he also fixed our tub drain. Price gouging should be illegal. Sad thing is that I used them for my water heater before- and even though they were slightly higher- I used them and was fine. Even recommended them to people. I will NO longer be doing that, not after seeing how they take advantage of a simple job like hooking up a sink.

Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Amazing effort and superior service from a company we took a chance on. Thank you to the entire team! We will get our house closing done on time!!!
