This is the 2nd time Robin’s Plumbing has come out and saved our A**!1st visit was to fix our exploded tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable and quick with the repair/replacement.2nd was just now, New Year’s Eve day and we are one the middle of setting up to host a party. I had a water heater replaced in May 2021. The other night I noticed water under the new heater. I called the next morning, and Jordan was at my home within a couple of hours. I had to leave, but when I returned home I called and they said they had to replace the water heater. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, efficient, and I there was no high pressure to do anything if not necessary.

This was our 2nd repair to where our watering system connected to the main. The first was done. But a while later noticed leaking in the same area. James Estes came out. He found water was constantly moving the meter. He then had me turn on the drip after I told him I thought it might be the drip bacause it had dried up since I called the day before. As soon as I turned it on, I knew it was a completely different leak. James talked with the office and went for the part. Turned out they sold him the wrong part, so he went again. I am so thankful for Ben Franklin Plumbing. They are always courteous and professional and give you the bottom line.

I have been their customer for 20 plus years. Their personnel have always been courteous and friendly, on time and sometimes able to arrive early. Today's visit went just as well.However. Today I conceded to replace an electrical block, parts and labor $431.00. ( Interesting)Two previous serviceman from this company, this past two years, recommended the same replacement but their costs were 3 to 5 thousand dollars. ( Odd )Had I the experience, I would have done it myself.While he was on a phone call, after replacing the part; I looked it up on Amazon. The part was less than $20.00.Labor Time spent to replace the block, 10 min. Total time thru bi-annual service call, that I have a yearly contract for, was one hour.Take advantage much?Maybe I should go to vocational schooling, and I can make $400.00 an hour.Seriously debating on changing my service contract.

Great experience for the 2nd time with Apache Plumbing! My tech Ben was great at clearing the blocked line and making sure all the lines were flowing. I have a home warranty, but have had bad experience with who they send out, so I call Apache now! They were recommended by an "old school" retired plumber and I'd highly recommend!

I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber, LLC for any plumbing needs, especially their Tech “Franz”. I had a plugged kitchen faucet. Franz was prompt, cordial, highly knowledgeable, gave me several options to fix the problem, and when he left, you never knew he had been there. I definitely will keep their phone number for any future plumbing needs.

I would definitely recommend Anthony’s Plumbing. I can always schedule an appointment with worries if they can come out right away. I have used there services on two occasion and both times I have never felt taken advantage of. My contractor recommended Anthony’s Plumbing initially and it was a great referral. Also, the service guy Andres was great, very professional and solution oriented,

He worked fast and accurate. did a great job made sure everything worked.

They put in a waterline to my refrigerator so that I could get ice and water. They installed a valve and ran some clear pipe through my cabinet to the back of my fridge and I was charged $4200! I signed for the services because I trusted what they were telling me. Since I have had another contractor for another job come in and give me a price quote and it was under $500. I’ve called around and this is the same price that I’ve gotten at a few different places. Why was I charged $4200 for a valve piece and 25 feet of clear plastic tube and some holes that I could’ve drove myself. I could’ve done all of this myself. As we speak I have a professional contractor at my house who said he would’ve done it for $487 on the spot . I trusted these people
