For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.

I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.

Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.

So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.

To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.

I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Reddi Service was AWESOME! Office staff was so friendly and caring and I was able to get service within 2 hours of my call after a week of others failures. I had a leaky cartridge in my bathtub that ran hot water constantly. Yikes for my water and SRP bills. Matt M. was friendly, professional, patient and diligent; and was able to remove the very stubborn and corroded cartridges. Reddi Service cares. I will use Reddi Service for all my plumbing, and AC needs. Pricing was reasonable, less than competitors.

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Have used Cooper's for many years, finally had it with them! They need to get with the times, as they only accept and sent out faxes & get irritated when the faxes get cut off. Receptionist is very short and rude and acts like your an inconvenience every time you call with a question. Check your invoice for double charges on locating the septic clean outs, this can be avoided by checking with county(which they should do anyway)but they'll tell you they didn't.

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. Great work. I was scheduled for 3pm but due to high call volume they came out earlier than expected. Not a problem. Jose Aguilar serviced my septic. He did a great job, knowledgeable about what he was doing and got straight to work. Not only did he pump my septic tank he did a deep clean which I was very happy about. I would definitely use
them next time.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
