We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

I contacted Simon to fix a leaky kitchen sink and to replace the garbage disposal. He responded right away. I received an estimate and Simon let me know his brother Alex would be coming to do the work. I received a text when Alex was on the way and he was right on time. A pipe burst in my wall and water was pouring out. I called and Alan was here w in 15 mins of my call. It was 5:30AM. The pipe was repaired in under an hour and the cost to repair was much cheaper than I would have expected. I’m so grateful and will use this company again in a heartbeat.
