Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

Showed up on time, explained the problem and all the options and then did the work in a timely and professional manner. Very pleasant to deal with and didn't try to sell any extra work. Will use again if needed.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

We had a small water leak under our driveway. After contacting 4 plumbing companies with various estimates we decided on going with Norfleet because Nick was very prompt, good pricing and fair in his explanation of what needed to be done. This was going to be a very expensive repair, consisting of replacing all the copper line from the city main to our house.

Nick and crew made sure that the city marked off all gas, sewer, cable lines before starting the all day project and even came out on a rainy day to do the dig and repair.

They cleaned up everything nicely and didn't even damage any plants or anything.

We couldn't be happier with Norfleet and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nick is AWESOME! Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

Nick is professional, knowledgeable, and I will hire him again for any plumbing needs! He was referred to me by old republic home warranty.
