Josh came out to give me an estimate on a service for installing a waterline. Even though I wasn't able to afford the service he walked me through what I needed to do this myself. He was very professional and went above and beyond with helping me and would definitely recommend him in the future.

As a long time customer of Moon Valley Plumbing just had another outstanding experience. Had a tub drain replaced all the way out to sewer line. Demolition of foundation inside, excavation to access inside and out, replacement and concrete patch. All in same day and done excellent. My normal go to, Kenny along with Supervisor Dan who ran excellent supervision and hands on help and Cole. Excellent teamwork. This is a great organization who cares about their clients.

I called Custom Plumbing because my toilets were all backed up in my home and they came out that night and cleared my drain which was only $69. The next day, was followed up with a phone call asking how everything was! First time a company has ever done this for me, at least. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in my mother's kitchen sink. It worked fine - no complaints. After the installation the dishwasher quit working. It wouldn't drain. Her solution was to quit using the dishwasher.Now, 12 years later it's time for a new dishwasher. Done, a new dishwasher and it has the same problem. It won't drain. What's the real problem?As it turns out, the plumber who installed the garbage disposal connected the hose from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal without knocking out the "knock out". Hence, the dishwasher did not drain.Twelve years ago Mom was charged $554.30 for a new garbage disposal and its installation. That seemed exorbitant at the time - still does. It also cost her not having the use of her dishwasher for 12 years - not knowing it's malfunction was actually the result of an improperly installed garbage disposal. Now add the cost of a new dishwasher.That was one mighty expensive garbage disposal!

This was my second time using Parker & Sons. They just installed a Mini split unit unit to cool and heat my master suite. They went above and beyond to give me a fair price on my second unit. I would highly recommend them as the use integrity and honesty in their business practices and make you feel important as a customer.

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. When I called to make the appt. I told them that I thought I had a slab leak or it may be be my solar water heater of 6 yrs. I asked if they could conduct a leak detection and was told yes they could. They said it would be $75. which would go toward any repair needed. When the 2 young guys came out they did everything I had already done and said they didn’t do slab leaks and didn’t work on Solar water heaters, but could refer someone. They said it would be $150. and I balked at this since they didn’t do much that I had already done, so they said they would only charge the $75. (I basically paid $75. for nothing). I called Arizona Leak Detection and she did a great job in finding out it was a clog in my solar water heater pipe and a landscaping drip system failure. Parker & Sons was out the day before Deer Valley Plumbing and neither checked the drip system or water heater plumbing pipes. Yep, there was water in the pan beneath the solar water heater but that didn’t explain using 19,448 gallons of water last month with just me in the house! Even my landscaper failed to check it out when I asked him yesterday. It is so disappointing when all people want is $ but don’t do the job they were paid to do! I won’t be using them again!

I discovered a leak around noon. By 1:30 the same day, a tech named Sammy was at my house! He was professional, personable and he made the repair in a timely manner. The cost was minimal and I will definitely use Option One again should I need a plumbing service.

I can always count on Anthony's Plumbing for great prices and great work! I had a leaky shower called the dispatcher and she had Eric at my house before the end of day to repair the problem! Everyone at Anthony's Plumbing is very professional and super friendly! I recommend Anthony's Plumbing to everyone!

The young man who came was knowledgeable and personable. He corrected the problem very quickly!

Was very professional and prompt to explain the issues at hand!!! Has a one week return policy if any problems arises ! I just want to say Champions are wonderful people they do an excellent excellent job everybody who works for Jeff who is the boss phenomenal job the job was a big job and they did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend you to use this company they let you know at every Point what they are doing and how much time it will take and it's right on absolutely recommend jeff which is the owner his company is phenomenal so I want to say thank you so so much I would give you a 20 if I could write to that

James came out to fix a toilet and was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and even though his first diagnosis was not the right one, he kept at it until he found out what needed to be replaced and repaired. I would recommend Prutt's and James.
