I called about a broken water heater, and Tom was there within two hours. He spent time going over all the replacement options, and we got a new one installed that afternoon. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and will definitely be calling Maloney's again.

I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.



Anthony also gave us additional advice on other plumbing related topics.

James Moore was very professional and overall helpful.

We called Benjamin Franklin for an estimate on a new water heater on Saturday night and James Estes of Benjamin Franklin had it installed by 1 pm on Monday. He provided excellent service and was very professional. We would HIGHLY recommend using Benjamin Franklin plumbing services.

We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman who offered our options and quotes, to the gentlemen that tore out the old system and installed the new system, were professional and informative. They were all attentive to our questions and concerns which instilled confidence that we made the right choice in choosing Parker & Sons. They delivered on everything that they promised.

This company was close to my home, used them three times in three months. Unfortunately, I will not do business with this company again and suggest any other company for plumbing needs. After having them install new trim in bathrooms the spout started to leak within days of the service call. There was no leak prior to them touching the equipment. When I called to make them aware of the leak, it took three days to get someone out. Furthermore, the invoice for the original call stated, “tested for proper function and tested for leaks.” However, they charged me another $177 on top of the $161 I already paid. DO NOT GIVE this company your business!

This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.

Besides great service, Brad inspected everything and repaired and replaced things for much less than I expected to pay. I also received a lot of information from Brad about what he was doing, what to expect plus things to do to prevent future problems. He also told me about the Flow-TechHome water treatment system which I hope to get in the near future and he signed me up for their electric service which will provide much needed peace of mind. Today was a GOOD day!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.
