I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Alex and Aaron came over for a non emergency job within just a few hours of my call the day after thanksgiving. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. Casey came out to our house and checked out our drain problem. The pipes had totally failed and he made arrangements to start the replacement of the cast iron pipes. He kept us informed every step of the way. The job way completed very quickly, considering the amount of work to be done. Everyone connected with the job were better than great. Amazing value, very happy with customer service too. We needed septic line rootered, and it only cost $83 for everything. Called Friday night after 8 PM, it was very easy to setup the appointment for Monday. The plumber who arrived was very friendly. He came a little late, but they called us to tell us about it during the regularly scheduled time window 9-11AM. I will definitely use again!!!

Technician came out and did not quote price before starting work. He tightened a fastener with one turn of a wrench on the city side of the meter and the leak was fixed. Even though he stated me nor the company should touch the city side. Asked him what I owed him and after 10 minutes on his tablet he csme back with a 250 plus dollar bill. Horrible experience with this company. Will use another company on Google search next time I need a service.
