Best Repair Work in Phoenix AZ

I had Maloney Plumbing replace a 20 year old water softener. Their price was competitive. Their staff was courteous, helpful, responsive, and professional. The new softer install was performed with a great attention to quality, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has such a great practice of classic customer service, quality work, and good honest business practices. 100% will use again.

After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.

Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.

He came to our home the day of work and did everything he said he would do. The work came out amazingly great, even our neighbor noticed how hardworking and dedicated he was to making the job good.

The young man found our problem right away and fixed it. He was very professional and honest. We will deal with Diamondback Plumbing whenever we have a leak or a drip.

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

The original job had issues that needed to be resolved. After hearing my concerns they did anything they could to do right by me.Unmatched customer service and the quality of the end product is beyond exceptional. Highly recommended

Your plumber, Nicholas Myhre, was one of the absolute best craftsman I have ever hired. He determined the problem, gave me the cost of replacing a worn-out garbage disposal which included any plumbing changes required under the sink. As it turned out, nearly all of it had to be replaced. No problem. He apologized for the repair taking so long because of the extensive amount of work to be done. A true gentleman, expert craftsman, and he cleaned up after the work to perfection. I'm now a first time customer who will call Ben Franklin every time I need a plumber. Corey was amazing. I had a main water line break and he did what he had to do. It took quite a bit of time- he left my house at 10:30 at night. He was kind, calm, and completed the work. I’m am a satisfied customer.

I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber, LLC for any plumbing needs, especially their Tech “Franz”. I had a plugged kitchen faucet. Franz was prompt, cordial, highly knowledgeable, gave me several options to fix the problem, and when he left, you never knew he had been there. I definitely will keep their phone number for any future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good words about Simon. If I could give more than five stars I would. I had to have almost all the plumbing replaced in my house. Simon worked long hours everyday and got everything done in record time since our family was up in a hotel. His work is impeccable and kept me up to date with multiple and detailed pictures of the work he was doing. I couldn't be happier and strongly recommend Simon for any and all plumbing needs. The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic! I would highly recommend using Pruitt’s to anyone that has a plumbing problem. If you can request Brent!! You definitely won’t be disappointed you did.
