Maloney Plumbing was an awesome experience from start to finish. The scheduler was so nice - friendly and efficient. She scheduled me with Jason and told me I’d love him, and she was so right. He was friendly at the door and not irritated by the greeting from my yapping dachshund. Jason was so patient, friendly and personable the entire day, and it was a long one with all my plumbing needs in a ‘new to me’ house. I HIGHLY recommend Maloney plumbing. Top notch. A+

Bravo to Pink Plumbing. Lou got it done! Worked with Chris, Stephanie, and Lou for a replacement of the water line from the water meter to my condo. Although my situation wasn't desirable, Pink Plumbing took away my stress and worries and I'm confident the work was done right. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to give these folks a call.

My first initial contact was great, they were able to come out and performed a visual inspect my property FREE of charge, nothing was found. Andrew, the service tech contacted me about the results and recommended a service with special equipment that would locate a leak within the property. The cost for this service was $299.00 I agreed for him to schedule the inspection. He asked for my payment info over the phone (I provided it in good faith, but did not authorize him to run my card before the service was performed). I then received an alert that my card was ran, I considered calling him back but they realized that the service would be performed the next day.Next day, I get a call from Andrew stating their guy was at my property ready to perform the inspection.( I had asked for a 30 min call before arrival since I work and would not be at home, that didn't happen) I rush home and meet Alfredo the inspector that was supposed to inspect my property. He performed a VISUAL inspection of both front, backyard, checked my pool and meter. I pointed out a small leak in my sprinkler system in front of my property and that was that.I then called the plumbing company to ask about the "Special Leak detection" equipment that was supposed to be performed. No one is clear on what happened, I reach out to Andrew and he stated he would call the "Leak detection team" to figure out what happened. He was supposed to call me back that afternoon of course he did not.I called Andrew the next day, he agrees the service that was supposed to be performed was not. I asked him for steps to get a refund and that was when things got worst. He stated that he had already rescheduled the "leak detection team" to come back to my property and perform the service. (Which was a lie, since I had not received a call to ask if I was ok with any specific day/time). At this time I told him "I do not want the service anymore, I cannot trust your company or that other company to do a good job" He said they had invested a lot of time with the initial inspection and asked me if I believed they deserved to get paid at all. I said absolutely not! the service was not performed and I need a refund, since I did not authorize you to run my card the day prior to the service anyways. He stated he was not authorized to give me a refund since they had already paid the "leak detection" company.I would have to call the office for that but he doubted they would be able to help. He stated I could possibly get a partial refund that they would only charge me a "SERVICE FEE" for the initial "FREE VISUAL INSPECTION" I was irate! He does not have authority to give me a full refund but can charge me for a "FREE" service and provide me with a partial discount. I called the office and after much back and forth was able to get my full refund back! Definitely not worth the trouble or time! I felt overwhelmed with emotion and felt taken advantage of. Perhaps because they assumed they could take advantage of a single mother!!!! Never again!

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing! Both bathrooms in our house were overflowing with water and we first contacted another company. They came out that night and ended up being a disaster. After not being able to run the water, use our bathroom overnight, and having to go outside to use the bathroom with our 11 month old in the house, my husband decided to call other companies first thing in the morning. We googled best plumbing companies in AZ and Moon Valley came up. We quickly got a call back from Alex and he came to the rescue! He fixed the problem right away and was very pleasant and genuine. We were so put off by our experience with the other company, but Moon Valley saved the day!!

They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldn't get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. I'm an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didn't charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

Custom plumbing is an excellent firm. They are fair and honest. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

I chose Parker and sons because they’re the ones that installed my unit and I was pleased with that so I felt their AC maintenance would be the best. I’m very pleased with this company, and I will use them again.

I have used Apache plumbing over the past few years for a number of projects. They are hands down the best I have used and the only people I ever call now. The whole staff is knowledgeable and reliable and they always make an undesirable plumbing situation easier to handle!

I attempted to install a pot filler on my own and created a leak in my wall. Of course this was after business hours so I frantically messaged different plumbers. Aussie replied first thing the next morning and sent Cameron out to assess the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain where I went wrong and what I can do in the future to correct it.
