Best Repair Sewer in Phoenix AZ

DJ was great. Very knowledgable and brought our water heater up to code. Of 2 other companies called to do the repair one no showed and the other was almost double the labor. Called George Brazil, they came out within an hour and did it in 1 hour versus 4 to 5 hours quoted by other company. Would definately recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

Company is super trash, do not work here, do NOT accept bid. That's employees like dirt

My service guy was excellent! In time frame. Personable and Professional. Clean and in uniform looking professional for a night call, the way it should be for safety too. Explained and showed the part that needed replaced. Showed me it tested bad. Awesome! Price was reasonable too! Thanks much. Your in my referral base now...I'm a Realtor/Broker. My unit and my thermostat is under warranty and they still charged me 219.00 for nothing.

Zeke came out and introduced himself and tested everything and was able to get a quote for me in no time flat. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent some time providing me with knowledge of water valves, how things were installed, and if necessary what to do in a water emergency. Definitely would recommend Zeke for future services, especially anything water related.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!
