Best RO Water System in Phoenix AZ

I had a problem with water pressure in the house. They showed up on time and resolved my water pressure problem. The technician was professional and polite. I would definitely use their services again.

Nathan did a great job fixing what I expected to be a huge repair but he quickly assessed the issue and fixed it fast.

We had a great experience with Pink Plumbing. Our water heater burst. Pink Plumbing was the first and only company we called. They arriving within the hour and had the water heater replaced by the end of the night. We highly recommend this company!

The only downside was it seem a bit expensive to pay $150 to have your sump pump inspected since technician was on site for 30 mins and 10 mins of that was collecting payment.

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

In late February, I called after business hours for an outdoor bbq grill natural gas valve and line install estimate, left a message, Tamra called back first thing in the morning, Juan came the next morning and gave a very fair estimate, job was completed efficiently and neatly the following morning, in the pouring rain! Well done! :)
I then had a water line and drain hook up that needed to be installed on an outdoor sink, since my "handyman" acquaintance never showed up....Grrr. :( Again, one call to Tamra and Doug had one of their guys out here the next morning to take care of the job. I was extremely happy and relieved to have these jobs expertly performed before our backyard housewarming party. Thanks, Wyman!! :)

The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job! I will use Ben Franklin Plumbing again.

I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. Unlike the last company that came out for the same issue a year ago and charged us $450!!!!!!! we were charged just $150 for the same repair and it was done right! It is refreshing to use a company that is honest and fair. I will always use them (Alayna) in the future!

They came immediately and helped fix the leakage but were very expensive. Charged $400 for a five min job of identifying the leakage. Their referral for restoration was also questionable as the copper state restoration was trying to evade us from going to insurance.

Great service, very professional and detailed, high quality inspection and work. Fernando, Andrew, and Tim were amazing to work with.

We had a valve break in our bathroom. Anthony’s Plumbing was quick to respond. Paul Becklund was our plumber and he was on time, prepared and saved the day as we had multiple jobs going on at the same time. All needed water. Third time we have used this company for various issues and it is always the same solid performance!!

Service Tech. Vicente Fernandez & his crew was very quick to diagnose the plumbing issue, they are very professional and clean with their equipment, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before leaving I highly recommended Champions Plumbing & Rooter !

Tech left my refrigerator unplugged causing my food to go bad. I requested assistance with some of the cost and they did not seem to care or want to take responsibility. Poor customer care and service. Trying to get another company to finish the job. Disappointing that customer service is not what it used to be.

Ramon was extremely helpful. He explained the job and even cleaned up. He also answered any questions I had.
