We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.

As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.

We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.

Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

Moon Valley Pluming came out quickly for a check up on a new building we moved into and fixed multiple issues from a bad water heater to a ceased disposal. Travis and his team are professional and do quality work. within an hour of discovering our water heater was bad (which was hanging 12 feet in the air), they had a lift out and had it swapped in no time. Jesse Green from Custom Plumbing of AZ came out to clean a clogged drain for us. Our little one had flushed some type of toy down the upstairs toilet. I had already retrieved a 2" ball with an auger that I bought from Home Depot. But, there was obviously more down there. Jesse used a camera and a long snake to drag out whatever it was causing backup in our pipes. It was relatively quick and painless. It cost $69 total. The fee was going to be $299 because it was a foreign object, but Jesse made sure it was only the initial quote of $69. We're grateful it didn't cost more!

After internet searching, I contacted Wyman for a cost estimate. I received an immediate friendly reply. Weeks later when I knew I had a scheduled day off work I set up the appointment. Again, contact was friendly, prompt and price quote had not changed. Technician showed up before scheduled appointment, completed my plumbing request and I am more than happy. I would use them again in a heart beat and recommend their services highly.

Very happy with the price and quality of work. We had an old water softener unit removed, and a hose bib relocated. Service was prompt, finished within the expected time frame and obviously done with knowledge and care. We'll definitely have Simba back to help with bathroom remodels in 2023.

Fernando was quick and did quality work with replacing my shower valve. We definitely use them again.

Javier, my service technician, was extremely professional, courteous, and skilled, and he answered all my questions. He offered suggestions to make things better than before. He replaced a maze of old water lines and valves under my kitchen sink that were leaking, and installed a very nice new kitchen faucet. He also repaired leaky valves for my tub. He did it in the time that he had estimated. I am very happy and will definitely use this company again. In fact, the next project is to install a drinking water system.

Service tech, Cien, was outstanding. Obviously takes pride in doing a great job; which he did. He went above and beyond to make sure my new tank was properly placed (old tank wasn't).
