The technician Mike was very rude. Before I let him into the house, I asked if he was vaccinated. He responded, nobody should be asking people if they are vaccinated. HELLO? You are coming into my house! I want you to wear your mask in my house if you are not vaccinated. Our house was pretty new still. The builder was also here for the diagnose and will take care of the payment. After Mike gave us the quotes. He said to the builder: let's go outside and take the payment.' I had a feeling he wanted to talk trash about me. That's why he wanted to take the payment outside. I went out right after them. Guess what, there he was, bad mouthing a customer outside the customer's house.Very disappointed, since the customer service for scheduling has been very pleasant and husband had a good experience dealing with them before. Just a rude technician. I am Asian, I wonder if that played any role for his rudeness.

What a great company to work for and I have no complaints they treat their employees wonderful what else could you ask for

I scheduled an AC tune up and inspection. Our technician was Ryan F. He was very courteous and polite. After the inspection, he explained each of the problems with our unit. He then explained to us three options to fix the problems while also explaining the merits of each option. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be using Penguin Air and Plumbing for all of our future needs. We will also be recommending them to all of our family and friends!
