I called Diamondback at 6:30 PM for a main water leak in my front yard. They offered to come out that evening and I said it could wait until the next morning. I had an appt for 9-1 but asked for them to please come as early as possible. At 7:30 AM the next morning Barry was at my home digging up the problem. He was fast, efficient, and showed us where the pipe broke, and showed us the repair. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Work was done well but frustrating on the price. They charge $79 for a call out and tell you that they will estimate when they do the work. I made the mistake of assuming that they would charge fairly but a simple sewer scope was over $400. After the fact my realtor told me typical price was $250 so I called Moon Valley to confirm. Well the manager lied to me or the person scheduling lied to me because then I was told in a very elevated voice that the price is a flat rate and she did not know where I got my information from. So the work is good, but be careful as they will overcharge. The manager at this place is unprofessional and rude and she was rather scary sounding over the phone so based on this I would choose another place in the future. If you do use them, make sure you get a price before the work and don't be fooled by this company's bait and switch tactics.

Repaired a flange on the toilet, but upon reinstall the float broke. Tech probably grabbed it to tighten the water supply line. Anyway, that broke, then the rep just walked away from the job. Walked in a day later to a flooded house. Be sure to stay on top of your technician. He will leave you a flood if you you do not monitor him. Tried to get me to pay another 130 trip fee to fix the flood as well. Note to plumber: if you hear or see a leak, at least have the courtesy to turn off the water and tell me. Toilet was hissing! And don't say you just lift the toilet, I saw a pic w the tank cover off.

We found a hot water slab leak. Joe came out & confirmed my amateur diagnosis. The next morning They were back & in action. Rerouted our hot water line with minimal intrusion(wall damage) Quick, clean, & professional all the way. Thank you guys for the help.

The company service guy replaced two bathroom faucets that I was told couldn’t be done unless cracking a hole in my tile. He figured an approach that removed the cartridge filters from above with an impact gun that saved me time and money. I was afraid that he would have to cut into the tile to repair as others told me. Very happy

When I reached out to Simba they responded immediately and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They arrived right on time (at the very beginning of the appointment window!) and were able to diagnose and fix the problem on the same visit. I won't hesitate to call Simba again the next time I need a plumber. Thank you!

I had a not obvious problem to solve. Odor from the septic tank would intermittently come on one side of the house. It was always gone by the time the plumber arrived. This occurred over many years. It wasn’t taken too seriously by other companies, some tried, but not as diligently as after I called Anthony’s plumbing.

Finally after a smoke test, an unconnected vent pipe was discovered behind a bathroom wall, from since the house was built! At last, the intermittent smell noted in a wall,not in the bathroom, was explained ! I wasn’t a crazy lady imagining it !

Andreas was sent out every time until the problem was found . I appreciated the continuity and his patience and diligence is very appreciated in fixing my problem. I recommend them highly.

Septic tank pump, but once we figured out a convenient time to get it done. It went well.

Had a problem on Sunday 12/29/19. I was repeatedly lied to by the ‘call center’ who takes the information. Told me it will be “Two hours for a technician to arrive”. My original call was at 11:07am and he arrived at 4:30pm. I understand delays; I do not understand lying to new customers! I sat waiting over 5 hours for the tech to show. Then he was here a few hours and did fix the problem, but he made two mistakes. 1.) charged the wrong amount on my card and it took 9 days, a phone call and an email to get the adjustment, and 2.) The plastic parts and debris not cleaned up and left in my shower was like stepping on Legos when I used my shower the next 2 times!! Not cool and definitely not professional. I do NOT recommend Rooter Hero, and will let others know of my negative experience.

We have needed Simon's services on two occasions, the first was to repair a leaking pipe with limited access, he was prompt and professional on this service call, he made the repair quickly at his estimated price.

Our most recent service call was on Sunday 1/3/2021, We had a broken shut off valve under a bathroom sink, and a clogged drain.
