Gabriel was able to arrive at my house for an evening appointment for a washing machine repair, after my work hours. He arrived promptly, was very professional, repaired my washing machine and watched it run through a complete cycle afterwards. I was so fortunate to find someone to work around my schedule and the washing machine has run better now than ever. Thank you! I will call you back for the other repairs when needed.

I recieved service from Alex P. Today. My garbage disposal had glass in it and he came and promptly helped me get it fixed up. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and an excellent technician and friendly individual in general. Luckily enough he was the gentleman that installed my new disposal months back in February. It was a pleasure and great experience overall.

Some of their guys were great but I had one that I'm pretty sure was on some type of amphetamine and I had another guy come in just to do the standard HVAC maintenance but he Left a pool of water on my floor at each of my AC intake vents and left his booties at my door. Every time they were here they tried to sell me on something I didn't need and even with the discount they were overpriced compared to the other companies that came and gave me offers

Nate and Tommy arrived on time and were very professional, and checked out our HVAC system. A simple filter change fixed the high noise level of our system, and we took advantage of their Tucker Club for assurance of proactive maintenance. Thanks Tucker Hill!

In all honesty, I was a little apprehensive in this process as my usual “go-to handymen” were tied up…I stumbled on this company and they over-delivered!
Ian was on time, super professional and even cleaned up the entire job site after the work was completed.

We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.

Owner Chris done interview and he is a great guy. If I get hired it would be a good company to work for.

Lazy and cant clean up the mess they make

As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate. Refusing to honor the discount their rep claimed they do not negotiate with vendors. As a service provider FOR vendors this type of robotic, boiler plate response is something we have never encountered in 15 years at hundreds of events. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Beware of working with this company in Arizona if you do trade shows. Horrible customer service.
