I needed a bathtub faucet either rebuilt or replaced. They were very punctual in regards to setting me up in a timeframe that worked for me and within 2 days of the initial conversation. The morning of the service call I received a text stating my technician would arrive shortly with a picture of him and everything. About 20 minutes after that text no one had arrived. I then called them and the man who answered the phone said he would contact him and call me back. In which he did and stated he had to stop for gas which I’m not sure what he drives but that shouldn’t be a 20+ minute delay. He apologized and said the man would arrive shortly. Another 10 minutes goes by and now my whole morning is thrown off by this delay and Jim and a younger guy show up to my door. Jim never once apologizes for being late, instead just asks where is the problem and if I know how to shut off the water. I’m sitting in my dining room and they’re in the master bedroom bathroom and I hear him jabbering on the phone. So now he’s late and on the phone like time isn’t of the essence and my time doesn’t matter. He keeps sending the younger guy back and forth to the truck for tools. They finish in about 30 minutes and Jim just walks past me and out the front door, at least the younger kid spoke to me on his way out. I go into the bathroom afterwards and yes the faucet now works but there’s black handprints all over my shower walls and he caulked the Hot knob bezel crooked to where you can still see the old imprint and outline of the correct placement and there’s residue left all over both knobs that I can’t get off. Very unprofessional with no regard to the customer or the cleanliness of their work and I would not recommend them!

Brandon and Regina were my initial phone contacts with Anthony's Plumbing, and I was dutifully impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with what appeared [to me] an insurmountable puddle problem under my kitchen sink. Within 24 hours, a polite and confident young man appeared at my door and within moments had the answer to "the leak." He called the faucet manufacturer (on my behalf) and within minutes had procured the broken piece, which is now in transit to my home. Wow! Exceptional customer service. It was then I noticed the name on his shirt: Anthony, the owner's son. Competent, knowledgeable, and proud of his family-run business. It doesn't get any better than Anthony's Plumbing. They scammed us and at least 50 other families this past year alone. They brag about it!!!! . They’re getting sued by multiple people. Idk how this company is still open. Wow.

I contacted Simon because I had a shower that needed to have a cartridge replaced. Simon himself took my call was honest in telling me his availability none of these 3-4 hour time frame to show up. We settled for the next morning. I asked for a call before he made it to the property. He was excellent at communicating. Was on time. Took care of the job, he was careful in cleaning the area where he worked and his price was exactly what he quoted me. No more no less. Simon is knowledgeable in his field and stands by his work. I am planning on using him again should the need arise. Thank you Simon for conducting yourself honestly and in a professional manner.

Peerless was referred to me by a friend who had used them to fix a sewer pipe issue utilizing the NuDrain trenchless repair system. I had just completed renovating a 4-plex before realizing the sewer pipes needed to be replaced. The sewer issues were an immediate problem when occupants moved in.



I set an appointment up with Peerless and they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution (NuDrain trenchless repair). Peerless ended up doing a phenomenal job. After starting the job, they ran into an unforeseen issue that was quite out of the ordinary with the way the sewer lines had been repaired in the past. This issue required them to replace a fitting that

was several feet down underneath the vanity of one of our our newly renovated units. Any other contractor or plumber would have needed the vanity removed creating quite a mess and cost. But the Peerless guys went in and completed what I would have thought an impossible task, working with the vanity in place. In 48 hours, they repaired everything as if they had never been in there. These guys are pros.



Not only that, there was no change order for the work that was outside of their original scope. The level of customer service, competency, and communication is top notch. I’ll be using them again.

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

We have used APES several times for work around all three of our properties. Barrett has come a few times and like all APES techs he is friendly and helpful upfront about time and costs. Makes the need for plumbing work a bit more enjoyable

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.
