The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

My company owns many apartment complexes throughout AZ. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of losses throughout the years. We have used a lot of different restoration companies in the past, but now all of our business goes straight to Interstate Restoration. Tom Glenn is the most honest and straight forward person I have ever dealt with in the industry. I highly recommend Interstate and Tom for any job, big or small.

I called EHS because I had water damage and I'm so happy I called them! Austin came out the same day to assess damage and gave me a plan of action so we could avoid mold. I was very happy with the follow up and weekly communication so I knew what was happening at all times. They where always on time and I had a VERY good experience with EHS. I would highly recommend.

He informed me the gentleman who worked on our house was terminated from the company and was willing to go the extra mile to make it right. He took the time to listen and was compassionate and kind.
