Spent $1400 for Robin's to install a high quality hot water heater, less than two years later the unit had a anode rod stripped by one of its techs during a replacement (after a few runs to O'reilly's for needed tools ?) and Robin's claims manufacturer defect. Robins won't stand behind the products they sell, but they will be happy to reinstall a replacement for about 70% of the cost of the initial. Robins suggests I pursue the manufacturer to cover reinstallation costs on the unit Robins sells/installs/maintains/breaks. Good idea - that'll work. Do yourself a favor and avoid lest they Rob you too.Review Edit: Lengthy reply by owner doesn't change the fact that $1900 dollars later I've got a defective hot water heater installed by Robins. I never asked for any work to be done for free ?; an additional ~$1000 is absurd though on a side note though. Robins, you don't get brownie points for being PAID to replace an anode rod and being unable to do so.

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

They took 3 days, and were late every day.. and still not repaired !!!!!!!!!!! . They did not repair the clog and the plumber was very rude. They still tried to overcharge us. We are very unhappy with this service. :(

We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Even though it was a rather difficult job, Austin remained pleasant and worked through every challenge with a smile, genuinely glad to help. He ensured everything worked as it should and took time to show us how we can keep everything in good working order and avoid future issues. When he was done, there was no mess and no indication there was ever a problem. Brad was professional and took care of the problem in a timely manner. They were able to get me in quickly and with a very reasonable price.

I won’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! Almost three weeks to get a faucet hose replaced, communication is poor. Promised to call back with feedbacks and that never happens.

Matthew was pleasant, efficient and professional. He fixed our clogged drain and also noticed some other not so great repairs and he fixed those too! I would highly recommend this company.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business.
